My Ford Transit was taken to City Boys Tire & Break Inc of **** ******* to get a mechanical repair, due to an accident while on a road trip. When I picked it up on September 17th, I notice the door had a dent. I immediately brought it to ***** attention who handed us the car. After multiple attempts during that month to have them solve the issue, I finally received a call from ****** on October 18th, informing me that they had reviewed their tapes and confirmed it was an accident at the shop while moving the car. He then sent me a link to obtain a quote for the repair directly from them, but since I actually live 3 hours away and it was going to be more complicated and costly to do the repairs in **** *******, he told me to send him a quote from my repair shop in my city, which I immediately provided. It was actually a little less than the amount they had quoted me. He said not to worry that they would pay for the repairs. I sent him the information of where to send the payment, but suddenly the company decided they were not going to deal with me directly and instead they were going to control the entire process. They wanted to schedule the repair themselves and pay the third party mechanic directly and under their own terms. The damage was caused to my vehicle, so everything should have been dealt with me directly. There was no reason to exclude, control, or dismiss me. I'm still waiting for my payment to this day, despite multiple attempts from my lawyers to conclude this transaction without having to escalate it.

I ordered a car part for my daughter's car which is a 2002 Chevy Tracker. I provided them with the cars information on what the part I needed. They assured me that they had the piece so I gave them my credit card information and placed the order on August 24th. When I tried to put the piece on it would not fit so I called back to return it on Sept. 13th and got a confirmation that it was received on Sept. 17th at ** ******* *** ********** ** ****** I called to ask when would I receive my money back on my card and was told 7 to 10 business days. I waited about 2 weeks and checked my card and had not received my refund so I called and was told they had a problem about putting it back on my card that they needed a routing number and account number so I did. I have yet to this day not received my refund. I call several times a week and I get different answers like it is being taking care of or we will get back to you or they won't answer the phone or I have to leave a message and no one calls back. I paid $91.45 and I was told I would get $85.? and after all this time I think I should get all my money back. I am unable to send the refund policy from my phone files to my computer documents. I hope you can help

I order a part though high springs auto on Sept 22. Sent money through zelle from my bank.$749 plus $100 for shipping. I gave them my vehicle info and vin number. They shipped it to edge performance. It was completely wrong part. The part was for a car. I had to call them 10 times a day for a week to get in touch with them. I asked for a return label to ship it bk since they said it was new and came from a dealership. Said ***** ****** wasn't in, was ill. So I asked of anyone else can do it. I was told they would pass it onto *****. Never heard from them in few days. Call bk every day for 5 days to get in touch with them. ***** was available and I told him everything going on. He said I will check with the dealership. I'll call you bk. Never did. Been trying for days and now going on 2 wks. I can't get them to take my calls to give me a refund. They are scam company. Everyone needs to be aware of them.

Ordered a door panel for 2013 chevy silverado. Received wrong panel. Requested a return label as per website. After two weeks was told system issues wouldn't allow them to print. Requested i pay for shipment back to junk yard and to email receipt for reimbursement. Was told price of panel would be reimbursed as well. Ordered was originally placed July 8 and has yet not been resolved. Neither payment has been reimbursed.
