I purchased Headstone on 2/1/23 for my husband who passed away 5/13/22. I paid in full through Cashapp to Sandor $1550.00. ****** promised in 3 months he would deliver to ************************ in *************. I have called several times no response and have stopped by his business no Sandor. The place looks deserted. Im a grieving wife I dont need someone trying to scam me out of money. A courtesy phone call would have been nice to let your customers know whats going on. I would like my money back at this point.Initial Complaint

I gave him ****** on October 18, 2022 for a headstone for my husband's grave. He told me it would be ready between ***** days. It's past that. He stopped answering my calls and texts once I paid him. In addition I email him and he never responds. When he decides to answer he tells more lies.Initial Complaint

My father passed away in May of 2022. Before he passed, we picked out a tombstone from Alliance Monuments. We paid in full for the tombstone and engraving and pictures for the tombstone. We were told, by ***********************, that we had to pay in full because they needed to already have the tombstone installed and do the engraving on my mothers side. She passed away in 2016. I contacted ***** after my fathers funeral and spoke to him about getting my fathers side engraved. He was very sympathetic and said no problem. He stated that because the tombstone is already up, that the engraving on my fathers side would be done in a couple of hours and only the picture would take a few months because he sends it out to another company.My sister and I picked out a picture and sent it to Alliance Monuments December 19, 2022. We both followed up with ***** to make sure he received the picture and that it would be ready before May. In Jewish tradition we do a monument memorial on the first anniversary of the persons death. We have made many, many attempts since our initial conversation to get some details about how everything is going. No one calls us back or responds to emails or texts.Im afraid that we are running out of time and I dont know what to do. I either need proof that the work is complete or a refund of my fathers side, so that I can pay someone else to do the work.Please help me.Initial Complaint

My family has been dealing with this company on and off since 2019. My mother died in Dec 2019 and my father purchased a marker for her. This company makes granite grave stones and markers . I don't have all the details, but I know my father had a difficult time getting the marker for my mother and it didn't come in for a lot longer than promised. At the time my father was 88 years old and he had to go sit outside this mans business because the guy would never call him back. Its horrible and devastating enough to lose a loved one but you shouldn't have deal with a business and person like this!. Aug 2022, my father passed away and now I am dealing with the same thing. We ordered from this company so the markers would match and be consistent since we have one large stone for my mother and father. I was promised the marked would be here by Christmas or the first week of Jan. I have been calling him and going by his office since December. He doesn't return a call EVER!! Sometimes to can leave a message and other times its full, not that it matters because he doesn't call back . I have been by the office numerous times and he is never there but the workers tell me he barely comes to work and I know he doesn't answer the phone. I am not even sure this is a legitimate business and not a cover up for some other shady deals. How can you run a business if your not there and don't answer the phone. I don't know whether to call the police or what. I just want the marker or my money back without excuses. The one time I was able to contact him in the office he told me he was sick and things are backed up from the pandemic, but seriously he CAN return a call or a least keep me updated. He finally tells me shipment with my dads order was coming in the first week of Feb, and I haven't heard from him since. I continue to call. I work fulltime and can't keep going by this business. I really just want my order or money back.Initial Complaint

Wife passed away 07/22/2022 . A gravestone/marker was ordered and paid for July 11th 2022. It has yet to be placed in at the cemetery site. Multiple calls to **************** has occurred over the past 4 months. Each time I was assured the job will be completed within the next week or so. It has yet to be accomplished I have returned to the establishment office on several occasions. The last being December 1st 2022. The property is locked down, a and not accessible as there is a locked chain link fence closing the property off. There is nobody at the facility to speak to. This situation has been very stressful for my family and I, and all I want is the gravestone to be placed as ordered.Initial Complaint

We signed an installation contract with Alliance Monument on 05/03/22 and paid ******* in full for the services. Since payment was received the President of the company ************************* does not respond to our a calls or messages. We have even traveled and gone into the office in person were we are told he is not in. Everyone refuse to help us stating it is not their department and we need to deal with ****** directly. How do we do this if he is not responding our attempts. The plaque to date has not be place at my mothers grave.Initial Complaint

ON 4/26/22 , ************************* THE OWNER/PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY AND I COMPLETED A ORDER FORM WITH DETAIL INFORMATION REGARDING MY MOTHER. HEAD STONE MARKING. HE ADVISED ME THAT IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST FOUR MONTHS DUE TO COVID-19 PANADEMIC. IN 04/22 THE PANADEMIC WAS NOT AS BAD HOWEVER, I AGREED. I CASH APP HIM HALF OF THE MONEY *****. THE ***** COST WAS *******. I HAVE CALLED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO GET THE STATUS OF THE HEAD STONE BUT HW WILL ALWAYS TELL ME IT IS NOT READY. NOW WHEN I CALL THE TELEPHONE NUMBER IT GOES STARIGHT TO VOICE MAIL AND HE DOES NOT CALL BACK. ITS BEEN FIVE MONTHS AND MY MOMTHER STILL DOES NOT HAVE HER. HEAD STONE AND HE HAS NOT PROVIDED ME WITH ANY UPDATES. AT THIS POINT I FEEL THAT HE HAS TAKEN MY DEPOSIT WITH NO INTENTION ON PROVIDING ME WITH A HEAS STONE. I HAVE READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS LEFT FOR HIS BUSINESS AND THESE PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH THE SAME PROBLEM AND IS DESPERATE FOR A SOLUTION. I NEED THIS PROBLEM ADDRESSED ASAP OR I NEED MY DEPOSIT BACK. PLEASE ASSIST THANKS *****Initial Complaint

Oct 2021 order headstone, promised for Mid Dec install. Mid Dec I call and call , lv messages when voicemail wasnt full. Jan 2022 get the run around no promied install date. End of Jan Feb Mar leave messages , call, call, call. Mid ***** send email and certified letter "intent to ***" suddenly a call but with stories and excuses still no promise of install date. End ***** I make the 3 hour drive and lets say ***** the owner was surprised. Still not giving a delivery date . He said lets call the bronzer ** and ill put her on speakerphone. He gives her the headstone name and she starts to reply he mutes her. And says oh she said 4 weeks. So I said ok Ill give 5 and EXPECT it ti be installed by June 12 . No returned calls, messages left. So I call a friend in the funeral industry as he works with same bronzer.Lie one- order wasnt placed until after he rcvd letter of i tent , apparently he forgot.Lie two- the order is actually ready for pick up despite him telling me yesterday they are working on it.At this time Ive also filed a **mplaint with the Atty ******* and will be filing in Broward County Courts in 7 business days if nothing is resolved.We will be seeking all deposits returned, **urt fees, and ***** criminal damages for deceptive practices.How dare he scam a Retired Veteran and a son whose idea it was to finally get his grandma a headstone. My son is currently serving **** miles away in the **** and was hoping to **me home the week of June 12 to be with us/his dad to go see the marker. Lies stories lies stories Total deceptive business owner.The **vid excuse got old when he said he had it in Jan and was still saying it in *****.
