Due to the pandemic and illness have not been able to travel on a tour to ***** and ********. Paid an $800 deposit and after numerous requests for a refund never heard anything from Ornan who arranged the tour prior to the pandemic.Business response

Mr. *********************************** booked a trip back in 2021 to ***** and ******** with a group. Unfortunately the trip was delayed due to covid to *** 2022.<*p>
Due to deposit paid to all supplier abroad Hotels, Transportation and others. IBMT offered a credit for any tours, IBMT operates or join the same tour for *** 2022. *************************************** has asked and agreed as you can find below <*p>
to move his tour to *** 2022.<*p>
We are still offering ************************ to reschedule their trip to Oct 2022 or use the credit for any other tours IBMT offers until end of 2022. if you have any questions please feel confident to contact us at anytime at **********************<*p>

I am rejecting this response because: I informed Ornan that we are unable to travel due to health conditions. We can't travel anymore and and I find most travel businesses are understanding of the health conditions of geriatric people. Hopefully he will refund the funds with your help.

We already sent you an e-mail about this tour that deposit are non refundable. We are offering the client to join on another tour going in October or use their credit for any IBMT Tours going all year around to many different destinations.<*p>
