I had a flight from *** to ******* on December 5th with my cat. ******* requires Health Certificate for my cat to enter *** We picked this vet to make a certificate. On November 25th 2022 me and my cat came for our appointment. We filled out a few forms where we mentioned my full name and my pet name, and we also provided our documents (my drivers licenses and the pet passport). We paid $200 for the Certificate. After the appointment I downloaded the app of this vet, signed up and noticed 2 mistakes in my name and 1 mistake in my pet name. It was ********** instead of **********, and ***** instead of ****** I called the vet right away, letting them know that they did 3 mistakes, I gave them all cases and spell our names one more time. In two days I called them again since there was no changes in the app. They assured me that everything is done and our names are correct on the certificate. I picked up the certificate on the day of our flight, December 5th. On the Customs in ******* I found out that my name on the certificate is ********** instead of AnastaSiya. I sent an email to the business, they never replied. Id like to get a refund
