      The worst experience ever. They did show up to take the job, the did a very poor job at installation of the equipment and failed to leave the service up and running as promised. They have scheduled us for appointments to fix their bad work and NO ONE shows up ever, not phone call to cancel the appointment, they dont answer our phone calls and ignore us completely.Its a shame that we never reviewed this company here before we gave them our business.We feel helpless.

      This is one of the worst companies I have ever done business with. I should have checked BBB before even giving them my time of day. They come and tell you how they aren't anything like their competition and even had the nerve to talk c*** about the previous company I used. They came and installed the lights but never programmed them to work on my phone. This was in November 2023, its now June 2024 and still haven't come out to fix them. They have left me stranded 4 times waiting on a "scheduled" appointment and no one has come out. The last excuse was a death in the family. They even stoop that low to give that as an excuse. Unfortunately I don't believe them. Communication is the worst and their work is shotty. I dont even want to give them 1 star

      Estas personas no merecen tener licencia, la peor de las experiencias que hemos tenido con un contratista, pusimos las luces interiores y exteriores de nuestra casa con ellos y *** perforaron el techo de metal que recin habamos puesto, tuvimos que cambiar unas cuantas planchas del techo, ellos asumieron su error y supuestamente se hacan cargo de la reparacin, a raz de todo eso perdimos la electricidad en toda *** pared donde estuvo la perforacin y filtraciones de agua hasta que *** dimos cuenta , para hacer la historia corta *** toco pagar a ***otros todo y mandarles el invoice desde entonces las veces que *** responden el telfono, por cierto ******* nunca ms *** dio la ***** la seora que en ocasiones responde con muy mal trato *** dicen que tenemos que esperar que su compaa de seguro les pague, somos una familia que vive de su salario con una beb, no queremos ni podemos hacer *********** esta injusticia que dejar un comentario para que otras personas no pasen por lo mismo. Una vez ms ***** demostrado que no *** podemos dejar llevar por los vdeos de las redes sociales, sinceramente no creo que las personas que mandan a instalar las luces **** electricistas profesionales.

      If it were possible to give negative stars we would!Since the beginning of the entire process we knew working with this company would not be a good idea but did so anyway. First off, if you dont speak Spanish do not do business with this company. Communication is extremely difficult as most of if not all employees speak only Spanish. The only person able to communicate somewhat in English is some lady via phone or text only. Just like the other reviews, throughout the entire process getting a hold of them is nearly impossible. They promise to return calls or text with possible dates for installation or repair but never do. Our project was completed march of 2023. First week of January **** I contacted via IG message to let them know I needed repair because the second floor lights were not turning on any longer. I have messaged ever since then. Today is 2/21/**** I continue to send IG messages which get read but no response. We decided to call the phone numbers listed through different website pages including IG and the same lady who is the one in charge of scheduling answers and says we have the wrong number after we explain what we need. BEYOND UNPROFESSIONALMickey mouse companyDO NOT DO BUSINESS!!!!! You will regret it just like we have.

      On October 6th we received partial service on our landscape lighting. By the time the day was over, the technicians were not able to fully complete the agreed upon service. We IMMEDIATELY rescheduled onsite for October 16th to come and finish and I paid in full the amount that was due, BELIEVING in good faith and trust that they would come back to finish the job (guess that was my mistake).That evening once it became dark, I also realized I was not satisfied with the service of the overall landscape lighting so I wanted it to be redone. The lights are very cheap, I saw them pull the lights out of Amazon boxes. They even told me the lights would be able to be operated by an app, which was not true.I discussed with RMs scheduler my dissatisfaction with the lights and we walked through a game plan on how to redo the lights to my satisfaction but most importantly, finish up the servicing of lights which was not completed but which we paid for already on October 16th.October 16th comes, it was cancelled day of. We rescheduled for October 26th. That was cancelled day of. We rescheduled for October 28th. That appointment was just a complete no show with zero communication received as a heads up or reason why.The service we agreed upon to receive on Saturday the 28th not only didnt happen, but after countless attempts to get ahold of someone for an update on the status of service on Saturday and then to discuss a reschedule, I was never even given a call back or text back, therefore resulting in not only no service, but no chance to even reschedule the service.I continued to follow up with them for 3 more days to which I was completely ignored. I mean COMPLETELY ignored.RM's lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism was beyond disappointing. They were also completely deceitful. False promises, lies, and stealing of money. I am so upset this happened and DO NOT RECOMMEND RM LIGHTING AT ALL.
