I ordered two bulk packs of 96 tiles each for a total of 192 ceiling tiles from Antique Ceiling, Inc, 9835 Denton Ave. Hudson, FL 34667 on 7/1/22. I paid $500 through Paypal for the order and the payment went through. On 7/6/22 I received a box of 80 ceiling tiles that were the wrong design. I have emailed, called, called and left voice mail, and left text informing them of the error but I have not received any response as of today. There was no acknowledgment of the order when I placed the order and there was no invoice or packing slip in with the box I did receive. All I have is the receipt from Paypal.Business response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 10, 2022/08/04) */ I received mailing label for them and sent back wrong items they had sent. I tracked item and it was delivered about a week ago. I have not received the items I ordered or heard back from them except for the mailing label. The only response I received from them was to send me a return label for the incorrect item they sent earlier. That item has been returned and delivered to their address. They will not acknowledge the many emails, texts, phone calls or messages left on their web site. When I ordered the product from their web site they did not send an order confirmation or an invoice. I only have the PayPal receipt for the $500. They have made no attempt or offer to correct the situation. Consumer Response /* (2000, 24, 2022/08/31) */ Thank you for getting back to me. I was able to get my money back from Antique Ceiling, Inc. through Paypal. The fact remains that this company will not communicate with their customers if there is a problem. I placed an order #***** with AntiqueCeilings.com on November 11, 2021, for 80 tiles 24x24 and paid in full $480 with my credit card. The order was shipped in 2 boxes by UPS and I received them on November 23, 2021. UPS left them on my front porch. I carried them in the house and noted that one package was considerably lighter than the other package. After I opened them, I realized why - there were 40 tiles in the heavier package and only 20 tiles in the lighter package. I immediately called the company and got only a voice message system. I have since left several voice messages at ************ the number on their website and I have also emailed them several times at the the email on their site ****@antiqueceilings.com and explained the problem. To date, I have received no response at all via phone or email. I realize there has been a holiday, so I am hoping that is the reason why. I have not asked for a refund, I have repeatedly asked them to send me the 20 tiles that I paid for and that were not included with my order. I like the tiles and look forward to my project, but without the 20 tiles that were not in the other box, I cannot complete my project. If they do not have them and are not able to provide me with them, then, of course, I would expect a refund of $120, which is for the 20 tiles not included only. But, I would prefer the tiles and also a tracking number for them when shipped. Thank you very much for any help in resolving this.Business response

The missing product was shipped on 12/17/21 via UPS: ****************** . We were not aware of this issue until a voice mail from BBB representative that was left on 12/15 . Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2021/12/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I left several voice messages and sent emails to them. I appreciate that they say they are sending the 20 tiles I did not receive, however until I actually receive them (and their UPS tracking number says the package is due Dec 24, 2021) I consider this transaction not fulfilled. As soon as I receive the tiles, I will be a happy customer. Until then, no. But thank you for finally sending them - I hope I get them and they are what was missing! Thank you! Consumer Response /* (2000, 16, 2021/12/23) */ Today, Thursday, December 23, 2021, I received the 20 tiles that were missing from my original order. They are the correct tiles and I appreciate the merchant for making this all good. Thank you! (I have already called my credit card company and cancelled the dispute I filed with them over the missing tiles and now I wish to close this dispute with the BBB) Again, thank you to the Merchant and also anyone who helped in rectifying this for me.
