On June 28,2022 Richard P******* of Do It All Tree Service / Daily Grind was paid in amount of $1,292.00 (via check) for agreed upon tree cutting and tree trimming service to commence on June 30,2022. No tree service was provided on June 30,2022 and no contact was received until Monday, July 4, 2022 when a text was received from R. P*******'s number texting "richard asked me to let you know he was admitted to the hospital on Friday...he will contact you." After several attempts to contact R. P******* via text/telephone to inquire when tree cutting/trimming would be done. Reply text from R. P******* stating "we are scheduled Friday and Monday". By Wednesday July 15, 2022 a text message was sent to P******* requesting a refund for services non-rendered. Several other text messages were made to request full refund of monies paid and dissolve business agreement. As of this date, July 26, 2022 R. P******* has not provided refund of monies paid in amount of $1,292.00.
