Installed a new AC less than a year ago. Air handler leaking. No answer from business in almost a week (left voicemails and text messages, only answering service even during business hours). Called another AC company - Indicated air handler has cracked drain pan; unsecured drain line, including unglued fittings causing flexing from compressor to air handler; exposed wires; questionable copper line splice; and missing insulation barrier from outside lines through wall opening to air handler. I cannot wait any longer for resolve. I have to replace AC and air handler immediately due to family and pets.Customer response

After almost two weeks the main rep for Larry Teague finally called yesterday. He is reaching out to Trane to determine options for reimbursement. However, he didnt seem hopeful that a refund was an option. I told him it is not my concern who reimburses me, only that I receive reimbursement. I also conveyed my lack of confidence in both Larry Teague and Trane to settle for anything less than a refund so I can move forward.

January 2021 I hired Larry Teague & Sons Plumbing, Inc to remodel a bathroom on the 2nd floor of my home. The remodel consisted of removing the Tub and installing a tiled shower. December of 2021 we noticed a leak on the ceiling of the bathroom directly under the remodeled bathroom. We called Teague out, paid $125.00 to be told they could not find any leak. Leak continued to get worst and when we opened up the ceiling downstairs we were able to confirm it was coming from the upstairs bathroom. Another plumbing company confirmed it was coming from the Shower pan that was installed at the time of the remodel. Teague ultimately came out and repaired the damage and redid the shower but what they are refusing to pay the cost of reinstalling the frameless shower enclosure that they had to remove to rip out the tile. We finally had to call the original company that installed the enclosure and pay the $250.00 to reinstall. ***** ****** **/Larry Teague & Sons Plumbing is refusing to reimburse us for this expense. I am now not only out $250 but I am also out $125 that I had to pay for their plumber that claimed there was not an issue.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Although he offered the $100, we never saw it. 2nd, when the leak first started it was well within the warranty time, but they were unable to find the leak. We had to hire another company that actually found that the leak was coming from the shower pan.

I hired Teague Home Services to remodel two bathrooms in my home. The workmanship is lacking, and the job is not complete. There are two different grout colors. In one bathroom the wrong color grout is running in the shower discoloring the tiles in it. The grout is cracking in both bathrooms. The grout around both vanities is poorly done and in one bathroom, the water faucet can be turned around. In one bathroom, no seal was placed for the toilet causing it to leak. Teague was called and I was told someone would be out. Nobody came. When the toilet started leaking at a greater rate, Teague was called, and I was given their standard reply. When nobody came out, we had a plumber come out who discovered no seal and repaired the problem for which we had to pay. We submitted that bill to Teague for reimbursement but that was not done. In one bathroom there is a missing tile which was never installed. I have called several times about the missing tile; was told they had the tile, and someone would be out to install it, but it is still missing. I have been calling Teague about these problems since before Thanksgiving 2021 and was repeatedly given excuses and that someone would be out. Once I was told that someone would come out that week but again nobody came out. I have paid $8300 for this poor workmanship and incomplete work as well as what we had to pay the plumber.Business response

I have informed the boss of this and forwarded the complaint to the tile person responsible. I am going to try and get both a tile person and a plumber to go to see this customer one day next week. I have not made an appointment yet but will once I find out who is going. I believe from notes I made in this file, this was over the holidays and we were having some personal problems and it just slipped through the cracks. I did receive call (several) from this customer and I passed them on to where they should go, I was told it would be taken care of. I really thought this was done. I will stay on this to completion. I am in the office part time now and only an office person, but this will be a priority.

I am going to reject there reply. I've been promised so many times that something would be done, I'm not trusting anything they say. Also, they owe me money.
