I made an online purchase from Pacific Ammunitions on 12/26/21. I received an email stating I would get the Zelle info to make a payment which I did that evening. I was then called to state I needed to increase my order. I told them I did not want to increase my order and to just refund my money. The person said he would talk to his partner and see what they could do. I then was texted saying they okayed the order as placed and would ship it out. I was then contact to pay $125 insurance fee that was refundable as soon as my package was received. I told them I would not pay that since there was nothing on the website stating this. I again asked just to refund my money. I had not hear back so I checked my order online and it showed it was on hold. I emailed them on 1/18/22 and then again today (1/28/22) to find out what was happening with the order. I received back info stating my order has shipped and I am demanded to pay the insurance fee. I said I am not paying and to refund me. Still no resolution and no refund.
