      I placed an order on 7/8 for a dear friend who had lost her mother for delivery on 7/9. The money was deducted from my account on 7/9. I tracked the order daily and it kept saying "crafting your order". I called repeatedly (no one every answers the phone!!!) and left 3 voicemail messages. I never received a call back or an additional email. I would like a refund and I guess the next step if this doesn't help, is to contact the State Attorney and see what my options are. I definitely will NOT be using this business again.

      This was resolved last week. 

      We spoke to customer and she was issued a full refund. Customer at the time also said that she was happy and would order again.

      We spoke to her again today and confirmed the same according to my manager.

      My staffer who replaced it and refunded her is *****************************, he spoke to the customer.

      I would like to speak with the *** of Edible Arrangements on *******************. I placed an order and tried to edit and confirm my order and no one has responded back to me via email or by phone. I called the store over 20 times no one has ever answered the phone. I also left a message. This was a horrible experience ever. I will never order from here again!

      Order number W2010179198-1 was placed on 4.22 and same day delivery option was selected but store never delivered on their promise. It is now 4.24 and they have charged my card but never tried to deliver the order. Calling the store or customer care does not help either because it is a recording that asks you to leave a message but no one returns those messages. I have disputed these charges with my credit card company, as this is sssooo unacceptable from a business like this. This was the worst service ever! HOW DO YOU CHARGE PEOPLE WHEN YOU HAVE NOT EVEN PROVIDED THE MERCHANDISE! I AM SO UPSET! MY WIFE WANTED TO DO SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR ME AND NOW THIS COMPANY RUINED IT!

      Regarding complaint filed on 04/24 we reached out to the customer and issued an apology. 

      Our previous store manager during the occurrence also issued a full refund to customer to ensure they were not charged resulting the experience.

      Order number: *************. ********* Ordered/paid extra for same day delivery. Total for order was ******* Berries-1***** box-******* flowers-******* same day delivery charge- ****** sales tax-****** Confirmation received but no further notifications for hours. Tried calling 6x, no answer. Checked online tracker- latest update "order received by store." ********* checked tracker in morning, order still not started. Tried calling 4x, left vm, no answer or call back. Went in person and requested refund for the extra same day delivery cost (****** and order be delivered this day. Member of staff assured me that order would be started in a few minutes and delivered by end of day/same day delivery cost would be refunded to the card used during purchase. Received new confirmation email with adjusted total: ******* Checked tracker again hours later, still not delivered or started. Realizing unreliability of their service, I decided to cancel it and filled out a cancellation/refund form that evening, clearly explaining everything. ********* checked tracker, saw that the delivery miraculously happened after filling out cancellation/refund form night prior. Also checked tracker prior to filling out form, it still indicated at this point that delivery order was not started. Went in person to location, explained about form and was told due to gift being delivered, a full refund would not be possible. I submitted the form to cancel my order, there was no reason for it to be delivered (****** Form should be available in the guest connection part of system, reference number: *******. Offered only partial refund for flowers (******* not full refund. Many google reviews of this location indicate similar experiences by other costumers, (not answering phone, delivery not being made, no refund offered even though delivery was not made) and on rare occasion despite the delivery being made (normally late) quality of the fruit/edible items being bad quality/not safe to consume.
