On ******* I went in for my session for bikini in full face laser. After my appointment I went *ome and t*en t*e next morning on 25 February I noticed t*at t*ere’s a *uge burn mark on my lower rig*t neck area. I couldn’t call supper laser in Jacksonville because t*ey were closed on ****** t*e ****. I reported it on t*e ** ****** morning and I spoke to t*e manager name ******* ****** begin to tell me t*at I *ave to speak to t*e doctor first t*en t*e afternoon t*e doctor called me and prescribe me ointment for t*e burn. T*e doctor begin to state t*at it may take up to two weeks and even mont*s for my skin to go to look back to normal. My skin is so burned t*at you can see t*e pinkness from a layer of my skin being burned off.I followed up wit* ****** in regards to some sort of accommodations or credit for me to get for experiencing suc* a *orrific laser treatment. ****** was very rude to me stating t*at s*e cannot give me any credit and t*at I can only get one free session. I stated to ****** t*at all my sessions are already paid for and I would like some sort of credit to go towards my account and s*e said s*e cannot do t*at.Initial Complaint

I’ve had several issues w/ Semper Laser & its management team, including lack of resolution for errors made by a manager, who has since been fired. She sold me a special for a promotional amount of $799 for a large area(Brazilian & linea alba) & 8 free sessions for a small area(chin). When I arrived for my 2nd session, I was told by another manager that the manager who sold me the services was fired for not properly charging clients, including myself. I was held responsible for her negligence & charged approximately $1000 more than what was originally sold to me. I came for my 3rd session, & there was yet another change to my signed agreement. I met a new manager, who threw away my old agreement claiming she only had information on my Brazilian treatment. I sat with her for brand new pricing terms. She added $1350 to my remaining balance of $475. She told me there is normally a down payment, but assured me I would not have to make one, nor did she mention an amount to be charged to my card. She advised my first payment with the new terms would begin on 1/13/24. After our conversation, I noticed I was charged a $365 down payment on 11/29/23. Very upset with the situation, I requested a refund of the $365 and a discount of 70% off, which was a running promotion, for pricing I was forced to add due to their former manager’s negligence. She referred me to speak to her boss, the Vice President of Sales. She called, and we spoke. She agreed to have the $365 refunded back to my card & would honor the 70% off for the new pricing, which would change my terms to $1080. She sent a follow up email on 12/18/23, incorrectly stating I wasn’t prepared to pay the down payment. It did state, however, the entire process to apply the discount & refund the down payment would take 7-10 business days, which never happened. I contacted her again to let her know it was still not resolved, & I never heard back from her. I simply want done what was promised. Very unprofessional experience.
