I have done business with Ridenow on two separate occasions and do not hesitate to recommend this business for powersports units or boats. If an issue pops up, they handle. Service is also timely. My recent purchase of a SxS with their salesperson, *****, went swimmingly. They will do what they can to get you into the unit of your choice at a reasonable, and most likely, cheaper price than their local competitors. I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Ive gotta say I went in this past Sunday to look at side by sides and wasnt exactly sure if I wanted to walk out with one. Needless to say ****** was my salesman and he was about the most professional, straight forward salesman Ive ever worked with. He made the process about as easy as it gets. If anyone goes to RideNow get with ****** hes gets things rolling, youll still have a head in your shoulders from not having to haggle back and forth and you leave with a brand new machine. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have been in the market for a new PWC for some time and came across RideNow. Stopped in to take a look at their inventory and ended up leaving with a better PWC than I was even looking at to begin with! PMet with ****** and *** and had the best experience ever. From the customer service, to the sales, to the parts team, everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with. So happy with my Sea-doo GTR-X 300! My neighbors tagged along and three of them also bought PWC's because the service was so good. Can't recommend these guys enough. If you're in the market for a boat, PWC, motor bike, whatever it may be, hit these guys up and go see ******! You won't get better service anywhere else.

I have clear examples of fraud practices that were committed by RideNow Jacksonville and its sales team. I spent an entire week trying to contact the sales team to get this right and a week later no one has called me back. I posted my call log on ****** reviews of how many times I spent escalating this matter to RideNow Powersports in Jacksonville and even know the receptionist on a first-name basis. Moreover, the bill of sales that was emailed and agreed upon with the same serial number of the Sea-Doo jet ski mysteriously changed when I showed up in person to sign the actual bill of sale. I attached all copies in my ****** review as there is no way to attach documents to BBB.Due to the admissible fraud that is easily depicted in black and white, I have spent more time working with the ******* Attorney General and FTC to report these examples instead of enjoying my ski. At this point, I can't register my Jet Ski in ***** due to the dealership not returning my calls. This has also been escalated to ********************* and BRP for both the fraud and not returning customer phone calls to support registering the unit. Unfortunately, I was rushed to sign the documents in person after driving from ***** to ******* and didn't catch the Fraud practices and prices that were added to the bill of sale. Even after going to the Tax collector in *****, they added up all the columns and noticed how the columns didn't add up and they just added almost $3,000. After showing the agent at the ********** in ***** the emailed Bill of Sale compared to the Bill of Sale I signed, she informed me I have a clear case of fraud. First off the numbers don't even add to the total amount I financed and clear examples of the sales team changing the Bill of Sale. Luckily I have all the communications to be able to prove this at a higher level.********* purchase especially after driving so far thinking you are getting a good deal only to be scammed by the ** *** and his sales team.MC
