Made a service appointment to have a recall done. Instead of telling me at the time of making the appointment that they don't have the part in stock and it will have to be ordered, they wait to tell me when I show up for the appointment. They say they will contact me when the part comes in. Over 2 months go by and no word from them. I contact the service person working on my case to check on the status and she tells me she would call me back and she never did. I called again inquiring and they still have no answers for me. And this is for the **** fuse recall which could cause my car to catch fire. I then emailed them. Shortly after that I received a text from someone at Southside *** asking when could I bring my car back in to do the recall. I specifically asked if the part was in and received a response "yes", so I made the appointment. Well, I show up for the appt and was told the part was NOT in! This is the second time I've shown up for this recall and was told the part wasn't in stock. It's been nearly 3 months of me trying to get this done.Review from Amanda H

This company is literally the worst. They are extremely unprofessional. My car has sat there for a month. No updates unless we call. We've been lied to on multiple occasions. They didn't know how to even find the problem. Made us wait for a a specialist. The car has been sitting for 3 weeks, Before they even started to do anything. I definitely would never recommend this place. Honestly with all the similarities between complaints I'm surprised this place is still getting business.. awful service and awful staff!! They told us they replaced our EV battery for free. But still are asking for $1100 for it to sit for a month. And to only have touched my car within a few days time.. rediculous.Review from TaNeshia R

Giving the real *************** a bad name. *** had my car almost two years still didnt receive my tag refund nor get a response through via email. When I had a complaint the mechanics were laughing in my face and the manager on duty was very rude. I always get my vehicle serviced at the dealer I made the purchase and they mess up my oil change by not properly putting the cover back on correctly. They didnt even take responsibility or ownership of that issue and now I will be going elsewhere. If I wouldve know they were privately own and not a real Kia ********** I wouldve never bought my vehicle. They need to be held accountable and they always have complaints especially their service department.Review from Thomas M

***************************** I took my car in because it was wobbling on 11/10/23. they kept it for one days, I came in to get it, and they said, everything was find, we checked all four tires, they look good, and they are wearing evenly. we don't know what's causing the problem. a few days later I got a flat, and when I took the tire off, the inside of the back tire on the passenger side was bald, down to the white fabric, the wires in the tire was showing, but they said they checked all four tires. they LIED. I've had this Kia **** for three years. One week after Buying it, that same back tire went flat. (after the salesman told me the tire was good. They LIED.) The tire wore out the same way. I wrote to the BBB, Consumers Affair, and there ***************** They did replace both tires on the back. A little over a year later that same back tire went flat, wore out the way, Bald down to the white fabric, and wires showing. a long the inside of the tire .I addressed the problem. with **** ( Something is wrong with the back axles, a tire shouldn't ware like that. They took it in, and said they found the problem. I paid to have it fix. This is the Third time. They didn't fix it , again they LIED. Three times in three years, brand new tires wore out the same way. Now they want me to pay for it. I WANT MY CAR FIXED.Review from JC C

**************************** and the finance *************** are all predators. First they wouldn't honor their own car price on their website. Then they told me that the $3695 new car warranty was mandatory, and that although the car is cheaper on their website, they would have to manually add on the warranty and my savings would disappear. I didn't realize how many negative reviews they had on ****** about the same individuals doing the same shady transactions and preying on customers. HORRIBLE business practices. This company does not care about the customer, just what is in their pockets and bank accounts. This dealership not only quoted a repair for my vehicle that my vehicle did not need, but they also offered financing options that were not nearly the same as what was advertised. I was told that if I needed to finance the repair I would be able to cover the repair without taking the full offered amount. This was not true. I was also told that it was 0% interest only to get the paperwork saying it was 30%. Then I was told that this service department would guarantee their work and if it was not resolved they would take it back and resolve the issue properly. This was a complete lie. I have taken my vehicle back to this service center a second time, after breaking down 3 times in less than 24 hours of having it back, only to be told that they were unable to replicate this issue and my car was ready for pickup. Reluctantly, I picked up my vehicle only for it to get back home, and upon the first outing of having it back, it broke down 4 times in less than 5 miles. *** I am being told by the service manager that I can bring it back and they can try to replicate the issue, but if they find something they are going to have to requote me for the new repair. THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE! My car is completely losing power without any sign and locking the steering wheel making it unable to control. If I die in an accident because of this vehicle, my family will pursue legal action.Review from Mark J

I took my vehicle in for warranty work, and came out with more damage than when it went it. After reading numerous complaints in regards to service, you would think that the management would take action. Unfortunately this dealership is owned by the Morgan Auto Group, and it takes ZERO accountability for their work or actions. From the General Manager to the Service manager, there needs to be accountability. After reading these reviews about your organization, you would think that youd like to fix whats broken. Customers have stated that they changed dealerships from *********** to Southside due to similar service. Well, surprise, unfortunately youll receive the same if not worse service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICING!Review from CORI L

I went to the dealership for a simple oil change. They proceeded to tell me I needed four new tires. Which I spent over $600 on a tire rotation, alignment, oil change etc. within one hour the check engine light went on. There so quick to say its nothing we did. Not our fault. A lot to be desired at this location. Not very trustworthy!
