Great experience with Bilka Design. I needed exterior home repairs from water damage. **** replaced eighty percent of our siding, painted and repaired our chimney. The job was started and completed on time. He was very detailed on what he was going to do and did it. The price was very fair and I cant thank Bilka Design enough I endorse and recommend ************* for your home and home repairs.

**** and ***** did a great repairing and replacing my cedar siding. I am in a townhouse community with an association. A painted project is scheduled for October, 2022 and I was pressured for time. As soon as I contacted Bilka Design I received an estimate in a few days and the project was completed within a week. They did exactly what was needed and I was very pleased. The final cost was right on target with the estimate. I would recommend Bilka Design for any exterior home work!

Our 35-year-old house developed developed a problem with some of the wooden signing. An online referral service provided several leads. Two of the leads failed to show up for scheduled appointments. **** Bilka, in contrast, phoned me, made an appointment to check out the damage, and showed up at the appointed time. He took the time to walk around the property with us to identify additional similar problems with the siding, and how they could be fixed or avoided. This wa a good thing since it turned out that there were significant problems of which we were not aware. Within a day he provided us a detailed, written proposal which we accepted. It included repairing or replacing all the damaged siding, sealing joints and cracks to make sure the water could not get in under the siding, and painting the whole house. We found the proposal to be comprehensive and reasonable and accepted it. **** and his crew worked on the house for several days And when they were done the exterior looked like new . They worked continuously and professionally. Watching them work was like watching a well oiled machine, truly aprofessional **** in which everyone knew and did his job. We are extremely satisfied with all phases of this project. Excellent quality at a reasonable cost. I woul not hesitate to call them for any future similar projects. Ihojly recommend Bilka Design to anyone nedding work on the house exterior.
