This incident occurred on 04/26/2022. It involves a groomer named Julian and my small maltese being groomed by her. As she proceeded to groom my baby somehow she cut her badly which required my baby being taken to animal hospital. When they got there with her they proceeded to medicate and clean wound and put stitches in her. I was really distrought when I heard this news, as I am sure my pet was traumitized and scared. I finaly received another call 2 hours later that she was ready for pick-up. I also received e-mail that her grooming was done. When I got there her grooming was not done. I was glad to see my baby but very unhappy with Petsmart management. They offered no apology or anything. Gave me meds for (Twinkie) to take and number of vet to get stiches removed. The manager also told me to never come back and not to call either, very rude. I had no intentions of ever going back there. This is very poor business, I also saw this same groomer abuse a dog when I got there while clipping its toenails...so sad...Pets do have feelings too!!! Twinkie is a AKC dog, They should have to pay for what they did!!! Also our pets are our service dogs, ordered by doctor...I am now afraid Twinkie is so traumatized from this incident she will never be the same.
