I order from *******'s pizza several times a week through door dash or Uber eats. I spend so much money with this company over time.On 9/28/2023 I made a purchase which included a giant slice of cheese pizza w/bacon also well done in which I have ordered many times before with a coke. When the delivery arrived, I proceeded to take a bite and was extremely shocked that I could not ear it. Pizza was extremely hard. I am so disappointed at this point. I called the restaurant to complain. A young lady answered and I proceeded to explain to her the situation, also, I asked to speak to a manager. She went on to tell me there is no manager there at this time and there is nothing she can do. After going back and forth for several minutes,She then asked another employee what should she do?. He explained to her that this is how it comes when you order it well done.I was livid! I will also blog a out this experience online.Business response

all of our food its always made fresh to order unfortunately when orders are placed trough third party delivery apps like Ubereats and Doordash the quality of the food suffers from time to time due to the fact that some times drivers take a very long time to pick up the food and to complete the delivery in those rare cases we always advise the customers to contact the third party venue support to explain the situation and ask for a full refund. we apologize for the inconvenienceCustomer response

I am rejecting this response because:Time was not the issue. I ordered a giant slice of cheese pizza. When order arrived,I could not eat it because it was hard a brick. I couldn't even cut it with a knife. I then contacted the business. I was L extremely disappointed with the response. The first young lady explained there is no supervisor at that time to speak to. At this time, another worker came over and he said to me. "Oh that's the way we cook our pizza. I was livid. I would definitely appreciate it if someone From your establishment contact me directly.
