Before Christmas I contacted Cannon appliance services because My refrigerator wasn't working properly. I was given appointment for 12/27/2021. Tech arrived on 12/27/2021. Unable repair refrigerator because need to order a part. Tech scheduled return visit for 1/4/2022. On 1/4/2022 received call from Cannon tech called out do you illness. Some one will be out the next week. Sometime during the week January 10-14 another tech came out with new part. Part did not work. Tech need to order part again. On 1/27/2022, tech returns with new part. Part didn't work. Tech said they would need to order part again. On 2/1/2022, the warranty company for Badcock ( Warrant Tech ) was contacted X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. Information was given that stated Cannon had not returned the flawed part and that was the protocol before a new part can be order to replace the flawed. Telephone Cannon to inquire about refrigerator repair and was referred back to the warranty company. On2/1/2022 telephone Badcock and was told that Cannon said the refrigerator was repaired on 1/27/2022 and they had closed the service order. 2/1/2022 warranty company was contacted and spoke with Matt that stated he was a supervisor. Matt ask me to stay on the line while he contacted Cannon. Service Tech not available. Cannon will call warranty company 2/2/2022. Matt told me to call afternoon of 2/2/2022 to resolve problem. Telephone on 2/2/2022. Cannon did not contact warranty company. Spoke with Dave supervisor at warranty company. He called Cannon requesting that Service tech call. Cannon said they will call on 2/3/2022. Dave ask that he be given 24 hours to resolve issue. I have health issues that require refrigeration of meds. I am purchasing ice daily to keep meds cool. I have told Cannon and warranty company about health issues. I am getting the runaround.Business response

The latest note from Warrantech is that they closed out the ticket on 02/04/2022 and no repaired the unit. You may reach out to your service contract company and they can assist you on how they can help you on your refrigerator contract remaining since it was non repairable. If you have any issues, please reach out to us and ask for a manager and we can try to assist you on this matter. Best Regards to you.
