I have repeatedly requested numerous times for them to cease delivering their newspaper to my residence. I have neither subscribed to their service nor solicited their newspaper's delivery. Despite my efforts to communicate my dissatisfaction, they persistently throw their publication onto my driveway every week. I have diligently filled out their online form and sent multiple emails expressing my concerns and even asked the delivery people to stop delivering their product, yet the deliveries continue unabated. At this juncture, I am considering reaching out to their advertisers to inform them about the situation. Moreover, I have already taken the step of issuing a formal cease and desist letter, but the newspapers persist in landing on my driveway week after week.Initial Complaint

I have asked this ************* times to please stop delivering their paper to my house. I have never subscribed or asked them to deliver their paper. Every week they throw their paper on my driveway and this alerts others I am not home. Their behavior of throwing papers in my yard has resulted in my truck being broken into as it's obvious no one is home when their papers start to collect. I've filled out their form online and emailed multiple times and the delivery keeps coming every week. At this point, I'm ready to contact their advertisers to let them know what's going on. I have already sent them a cease and desist letter and yet the papers still get thrown on my driveway every week.Business response

We are in receipt of your request to not drop off the paper. I drove by your property myself and confirmed there are no newspapers in your driveway and will continue to keep an eye on it.

This publication circulates unwanted/unrequested paper and plastic onto my lawn and driveway each week. I have put in a request for them to stop circulation twice before and today was the third request. They stop for a few weeks then start up again. I do not know what else to do short of legal action for littering and harassment if this does not get resolved. I just want to be done once and for all with them.Business response

We have changed our carriers for this delivery and have instructed the carriers to ensure delivery is not made. Due to repeated mistakes we have escalated the issue internally with our circulation director and this should be resolved.
