I was given a quote by Jim K. to fix my gate and told he needed 50% deposit to start. Jim K. said he has done a lot of work on Casey Key. He would start the following week. He never arrived and he never returned my phone call, email or text.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/29) */ We have contacted the costumer and informed them that a refund was being processed. We had inform the customer we would do the work Dec 28 -30th this a holiday week and we pulled a crew just to do her gate The customer text us we un called for remarks. We are refunding her deposit And want nothing more to do with her Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2021/12/30) */ Knowing the customer was in need of this service done as fast as we could do we found the needed equipment at our distribution center in Orlando and sent a truck to pick it up on Tuesday 12/28 and was to install 12/30. Even though we are closed between Christmas and new year. We had a crew come in just to do her install We went in to contract on 12/22 our office had closed 12/24 but we did make arrangements to install. Knowing she needed ....this is the problem we try working with the customer but we received a text threatening us with her lawyer and police we texted back that. We were setup to install next day. Her reply was refund We will gladly refund her deposit. With this kind of demands we would prefer to not do business with this customer Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/01/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) He refunded my deposit and the issue is resolved.
