BBB: Munyan Staff working in the back field is near residential area with No concrete walls or tall fencing to subsidize all the loud forklifts, bulldozers, bins dumpings, pressure washing machines, the. Loud drillings equipment day & night. please let them know what is the damn working hours of this company are they 24/7 or 8 to 6pm? No respect for the Residents in the residential area.

The Waterford Way HOA hired ****** to replace some rotted beams on our lanai in October 2022. The work finally began in March 2023. The original bid was $27,000. and we were told it would be done in a few weeks. As of February 23, 2023, the job is still incomplete with a bill of nearly $54,000. The lanai is not waterproof and the floor is completely unacceptable. They have abandoned the job and have threatened to take my property away through a lien they hold against my property. It did fail a final inspection through Manatee County.Review from Robin H

This company is not trustworthy and has NO integrity. They do not take responsibility for their work.Do not do business with them.They deserve zero star rating.
