  Water backed up in the shower.Called Largo Plumbing and they were too busy and refered me to Peoples Plumbing..Peoples came out late in the day and snaked the drain.Peoples said all was fine and left.Less than a week later the shower backed up again.I called Pinellas County Sewer and had them come out to check out the sewer line.The Pinellas County sewer crew put a camera down the sewer line from the street side of the cleanout valve and said the line on that side of the cleanout valve was clear.They then were kind enough to *** the camera from the house to the Cleanout Valve to check for a blockage.They told me that there was a blockage about 6 ft from the Cleanout Valve on the house side.The side the plumber said was clear.I was told that the plumber should have snaked the drain to the Clean Out Valve.They marked the spot by putting a stick in the ground where the blockage was never cleared because Peoples did not snake the pipe far enough(Cleanout Valve).The cleanout Valve is halfway up the driveway midway between the house and the street.I called the plumber and requested that he come out and finish the job.He refused.I was charged $265.00 on 1/17 Inv13475

  In response to ************************ complaint about service not performed correctly on January 17th we would like to share a couple of details.  We did  a service call for a sewer main backup on January 17th for the ********* - we used our power snake from the roof stack which cleared the system.  We shared with them that they have some roots in the line and that we recommend camering/video of the line.  On January 23 we received a call from the Brierlys that they had a leak under the kitchen sink that they believed was caused by us clearing the line, it was a bad disposal which they asked us to change out.   On February 2nd (almost 3 weeks) we received another call telling us that we hadn't cleared the line totally based on the information the city gave them.  When we spoke to the Brierlys we shared that we don't warranty sewer work, that when we leave all plumbing is function correctly and that we cannot be responsible for what is flushed down the line and again that they would continue to have problems with roots in the line and that a portion of the sewer would need to be replaced. They didn't agree with our recommendation  -
