Hello, The transaction occurred on 5/24/2022, When a representative of Zamars freight forwarders company illegal signed for proprietary items. contact with the company was made on 6/2/2022 to request resolution. I spoke with the Warehouse manager named ****, was advised that the illegally obtained inventory had been exported to *******. I asked how this was possible without the customs documentation that only I can provide, **** stated that they opened my product and added it to there export documentation. Essentially forging information of materials, country of origin and value, on the US customs export documentation. I requested to speak with someone that had more authority, and was told that would not be possible. I requested that the items be returned, or that my company be reimbursed for the cost of the items, I was again denied, as the man stated the items had already been sold to their customer in *******. Claiming that he did not know the items were not for sale by his company, even though our rugs were clearly marked with our name and Logo. I am hoping to have the physical items returned asap from *******, or have this company reimburse us for the total cost of the items. I have gathered some information on this company from various ******* public records websites, and would be glad to provide my research. Please hold this company to the standard of doing business, or at least hold them accountable for there actions and reimburse me for the loss we have suffered as a company.
