Dear *************************,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. At M Lockhart, customer satisfaction and clear communication are our top priorities, and we regret to hear that your experience has not met your expectations.
We have carefully reviewed your account and would like to highlight a few key points regarding your case:
Progress Report: Attached to this response, you will find a detailed report from our session on February 20th. This report showcases the significant deletions and improvements made across all three credit bureaus in the first round of working with us.
Refund Policy: Also attached is a copy of the signed agreement, which includes our refund policy. This policy explains that refunds are based on our ability to achieve deletions. As we have successfully made deletions on your account, the policy indicates that a refund is not applicable if services are canceled before the completion of the program.
Continued Support: We genuinely believe in the progress we've made with your credit report and are eager to continue working with you to achieve your credit goals. The deletions and improvements we've already accomplished are significant steps towards where you need to be, and we are confident in our ability to further enhance your credit standing.
We understand that this process can be complex, and we are committed to providing clarity and support every step of the way. Our team would love the opportunity to discuss this further and explore how we can continue to assist you in achieving your credit goals.
Please feel free to reach out to us at ************** to discuss any questions or to clarify any further details. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we are here to support you.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We value your business and look forward to the opportunity to continue serving you.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: as stated in a conversation. She claimed that the bankruptcy would be deleted off the report and its still showing and yes some have been deleted but not on all 3 reports and the credit score goes up 1 point then back down 5 and 1 credit bureau has never moved and i get letter stated i filed a report claiming fraud i have never claimed i didn't open these accounts i just had a decreased in my income now im having to go and let these creditor know it was not me claiming fraud on these account and i even talk with her concerning that only reason she hasn't asked for money this month is because i have pointed out to her what i see what was going on with this account and that was nothing but a brunch of fraud that i have to talk to creditor about
Sincerely,

Dear *******,
Thank you for sharing your concerns and allowing us the opportunity to address them comprehensively. At M Lockhart Credit Repair Services, we are deeply committed to the success and satisfaction of our clients, and we understand the complexities involved in the credit repair journey.
Bankruptcy Deletion & Credit Score Fluctuations: We acknowledge your concern regarding the bankruptcy item and the fluctuations in your credit score. As part of our ongoing efforts, we aim for comprehensive deletions across all three credit bureaus. It's important to note that credit score changes, including minor *** and downs, are part of the credit repair process and can be influenced by a variety of factors.
New Collection Account: During our review of your first round results on February 20, 2024, we identified a new collection account that was reported to your credit report, which has contributed to the fluctuations in your credit score. We want to reassure you that addressing such unforeseen challenges is part of our service commitment. We are prepared to handle this new collection account, along with other negative items on your report, to ensure continued progress towards your credit goals.
Fraud Claims Misunderstanding: We understand your distress regarding communications from creditors about fraud claims. Our strategy does not involve making false claims; rather, we dispute inaccuracies and unjust items on your credit report. The responses from creditors might be their standard procedure, but we are here to help clarify and resolve these issues.
Financial Considerations & Our Commitment: Recognizing the importance of your financial situation, we have tailored our approach to support you without additional charges this month. Our focus remains on your long-term credit health, not short-term gains. This approach underscores our dedication to your success and distinguishes us from others in the industry.
Program Completion & Refund Policy: The deletions and improvements across all three bureaus so far are promising indicators of our program's effectiveness. As reiterated, our guarantee to remove all negative items is a commitment we uphold to the end of our program. The refund policy, detailed in the attached agreement, is designed with fairness and transparency in mind, reflecting our mutual commitment to achieving your credit goals.
We value your trust in us and are keen to move forward with a clear plan to address all issues, including the newly reported collection account. Our team is here for you, ready to offer guidance, support, and clarification as needed. We invite you to continue this dialogue with us to ensure we are aligned in our efforts and to discuss any additional steps or concerns you may have.
Thank you once again for your feedback. We are committed to navigating this journey with you and achieving the positive outcomes you deserve.Customer response

On January 20 2023 I called and paid $400 for credit repair service. I was informed by the ******* and **** that I would see changes within ***** hours, and I have not. What I have seen on my credit is flags of people trying to use my identity in ** and other countries. I tried calling and emailing on the 24th of January and every day since and no return phone calls or emails. This is a SCAM! I called 2/22/23 and was finally able to speak to ******* and expressed that I wanted my money back and was promised I would start seeing updates with in 48 hours. She began to get very defensive and proceeded to tell me that they do not do refunds and that I needed to pay more money. I told her that this was a scam after researching on line and I wanted my money back. Again she told me no and that they have all my personal information and can and will do whatever they want. Again THIS IS A SCAM. I want my money back, not to mention now the hours I am having to pour into contacting all the credit companies to lock, dispute, file police reports due to MLOCKHART Credit repair. I want my money back. Attached please find the emails that I have sent and they have never responded and the proof they took it out of my account.Initial Complaint

On 4 October, 2021, I paid $500 for her to remove an erroneous issue with Early Warning. I was advised it can take time so I wasn't worried because the company was successful in removing incorrect reporting through the credit bureaus. The company was proactive and keeping me updated and after 15 December 2021 and I was advised the process can take an additional 4-5 months so I waited. In April 2022, I followed up because I assumed this issue should have been rectified. I emailed the company 3 April, no response. I emailed 27 April and left a phone message, no response. I emailed and left a phone message 29 April requesting a full refund with no response. It is now May 2022 and I haven't received a response from the company and Early Warning is still reporting erroneous information about me.
