on 1/28, I participated in what supposed to be a VIP 3 hour on yacht party with Open Bar and Transportation to and from the *********** Hotel on a party bus with Open Bar of ******** and CasaMigos.- Purchased via Groupon This was detailed in all of the fine print provided by the company. It started off shady. They asked us to be there for 7pm as VIP, when we arrived no one was there to greet us. finally around 730pm a gentleman came and advised we were not departing until 8pm and he walked us over to a local bar called Voodoo Lounge. We waited there until approx 755pm when the gentleman brought us over to the party bus to get us loaded in and redeem ***********. On the bus we noticed we were not provided the ******** and Casamigos open bar. No liquor of any brand was given to us to consume. 35min later we get to dock where the Yacht was located. When we asked about missing open bar on party bus they advised they are not aware of how the tickets work for the open bar on the party bus. we were on the boat for 2 hours and we were ushered off by 11pm to the dock. When we arrived the gentleman to redeemed *********** was no where to be found and did not answer our calls or text when we were inquiring how to get back to hotel as the ticket included transportation. We waited at the dock until after midnight with no ride back home. I had to pay for a $25 Lyft to take us back to the *********** Hotel. We could have been robbed or worse. Our safety was at risk and the company has shown no remorse or done anything to resolve this issue. I reached out to groupon for assistance and they have not provided any response. Groupon recently offerered $50 groupon bucks. I advised groupon I am not accepting that offer and requesting a full refund.
