I started a weight loss program through Nolo health in March of 2024. I was told the doctor would check in monthly. I received an invoice within one business day, paid, & received a shipping notification that the medicine was on its way.Once the first month passed, I had to reach out to refill my prescription and increase my dose.I met with a doctor and he basically did a full intake even though I had already done one in March.I hadnt received an invoice a week after the telehealth visit so I reached out and requested that one be sent to be able to refill my medication. I received the invoice on 5/2 and made the payment of $297 on 5/3. I have since been reaching out to get a status update and when I was able to speak to someone, she mentioned they were mailing the order that same day (5/23). It is now 6/6 and I have not received an update or the product and all of my emails are going unanswered.
