As of 9/24/2002, I have not received payment from 7/8-9 2022 Estate Sale Annes Estate Sale was hired to conduct a sale at *************************************. To date, I have not received proceeds from the sale. I met owner owner, ********************* 9/9/2022 and handed her a written request to be paid. She threatened to call her attorney if I wanted to go that way. I made no threat, just asked to be paid. After posting on ********* asking if anyone had used her services, I received a threatening phone call and text, again saying she would call her attorney.Items sold were approximately $2000.00 to $3000,00. I would like an inventory of what was sold and payment.

Anne's agreed to manage our moving/estate sale of various furniture, electronics, kitchenware, TV's, vacuum cleaners, tools, shelving and many more items that are normally part of a functioning household.. The sale took place June 3 and 4th, 2022 at ***************************************. Anne's setup the sale, priced the sale items and collected the proceeds. At sale end all proceeds were to be split: Annes share was 25%, our share was 75%. We did not hear nor receive payt from Anne's. Between July 5th and july 22 we made many attempts requesting our share of the proceeds. Anne's ignored most of our calls and texts . Finally on 7/22/22 Anne's remitted $765 as our share with a list of items sold and corresponding sale price. July 28 we sent Anne's a letter citing our disagreement with report details and our share amount. A list of items sold that were not in the report was included with the letter. $765 is 75% of $1020. Anne's kept $255 as their share. They had 9 people (according to mgr Kim) working on the sale at various times during setup day 6/2/2022 and sale days 6/3, 6/4. $255 does not come close to covering Anne's sale expenses. The numbers don't make sense which leads us to believe that the figures are inaccurate. Anne's did not provide register tapes nor bank deposit receipts. Before the sale Anne's claimed sales had to total at least $2000 to show a profit. We will accept $2000 as the total sales. Proof is not needed. We are due an add'l $735 ($2000 x 755= $1500 less $765 7/22 payt).

I contracted to have an estate sale at my home. The first day of the sale the items are at the price indicated on tags. The second day they are half price. I returned to my home the evening of the first day and marked all items that were missing from the home, assuming they had been sold at full price. The owner stated that I would get my monies in 3 weeks. I took 8 weeks and the listing that I was given for the pricing listed many items at half when I know they were removed and sold on the first day. I am a Senion Citizen and feel I was taken advantage of by this business. I am on a limited income and cannot afford to give my things away. I feel she lined her pockets even tho I gave 25% of the items sold to her as per our agreement. I feel cheated by this business. She has cash register tapes of all items sold and these would tell the correct monies received for my items sold.
