I made an appointment with Moriah Brando's hair salon for a fully vaccinated provider due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When I arrived to the hair salon, there was not one hair stylist that was wearing a mask and the hair stylist that I made an appointment with was not following the CDC guidelines whatsoever (she was eating candy during my hair appointment, touched her mouth and her nose) . I came in for an appointment to get my hair extensions trimmed to fit my hair and I ended up with hair extensions that were colored (the stylist Jenny was wearing glasses and did not know the color of my hair or the hair extensions) she cut my natural hair and my fiancee is upset and we are supposed to get married and my hair is ruined. I called the salon before the hair stylist colored the hair extension to give them the color of my natural hair (it was dyed by a previous salon) and they didn't tell the hair stylist. I called Jenny (the hair stylist) and she listened to my complaints and said I was satisifed with the results. I explained the lighting in the hair salon is different than natural light and I asked for some kind of solution and her response was she could not give me a refund.
