Almost **** dollars in clothes have been ruined by this establishment. The employees are rude and the owner has no concern for any of these issues.Initial Complaint

i dropped off my dry cleaning and when i picked it up there where two shirts that damaged (both pin stip blues ****** Brothers) , the lady took them back on Feb 9th , i finally spoke to the manager *************, phone*************) and he said he would look into it and call me back the next day , he has failed to do so and have made several attempts to get him on the phone since then and have failed , left several messages ,,,no answer back it is now March 30th and no resolve,,Initial Complaint

Dropped a suit and 3 sweaters off for dry cleaning late September/early October.Picked up pieces a few days later and each was severely damaged:- There were massive holes in two of the sweaters and the third was severely shrunk - Similar damage as the holes from the sweaters can be seen on the front of the suit jacket, and smaller holes/abrasion in numerous places on the pants, and the pants were shrunk so much that i could not fit in them.- The finish of the material on one of the sweaters and the suit pants is completely ruined as well.Dropped my damaged garments back off early October (have since lost the paper receipt, but believe it was around October 7th)Spent two whole months trying to contact Mcnatt's to discuss the issue and seek compensation. They completely gave me the run around promising to return my calls, leaving me on hold endlessly. Finally hear back today 11/30 that they will issue $150 compensation final offer. Owner will not speak to me. The suit alone was nearly $900 retail price. The three sweaters are easily over $150 on their own. I paid $50 to have these garments cleaned. The reason quoted for not fully compensating me for the cost of the garments is due to said age of my garments. I mentioned that my suit is around 4 years old so would not be able to provide a store receipt. The age of the garment should not matter at all, it was basically a brand-new suit that I've worn a handful of times. Bottom line i want to be fairly compensated, and can reasonably understand if full compensation (at cost) is not allowable. However, $150 is nowhere near close enough, and not to mention all the time i've spent trying to get in contact with them over this issue. They are in possession of my garments, but if need be i can acquire them to send in pictures.
