I went to see a ******************** on 1/17/23 as I had received my first dose of Ozempic from ****** which I had procured myself, and he suggested he wanted to see me for a regular office visit to make sure I knew how to use it. (Keep in mind, already delivered and received and I can verify through the pharmacy.) When I went to the office, ******************** talked about how he wanted to start his own diet business. He had printed out a copy of the Mediterranean diet and gave to me, but I already knew the diet so that was zero helpfulness. Then he wanted to tell me about an app, "My Fitness Pal" that I've been using for years. (Also verifiable). Again zero usefulness. Then he wanted to take pictures of me in my BRA AND UNDERWEAR FOR A WEBSITE promoting his "diet business", which I refused. I left and never came back and got another physician. Then I saw where he attempted to charge my insurance $363 for this. They denied it and he started billing me for $225.95 when this was just supposed to be a $10 office visit by my insurance. He has now turned this over to a collection agency. If this is not corrected by his office, I will file complaints with the insurance commissioner, the medical board, and social media. I will use any and all methods to my disposal to make sure this doctor and his group does not continue this absolute FRAUD of the insurance system.
