Had a new key made for my car. Paid extra for the medal shaft to open the trunk and glove compartment. I specifically asked if it would work for the glove compartment and they said yes and it would take 2-3 days. With that being said I received the new key a week later and it does not work on the glove compartment. Ive called the same day I picked up my car to tell them it doesnt work and they told me they would order a new one, it will take about 2 days and they will call me. Its been almost a month and I havent heard anything. Ive been calling more then 10 times and all they tell me is theres no manager and they will email them and I should get a call back. Still nothing! I will not take my car there ever again! Poor management and poor communication.

Our Service Manager met with Ms. ** on Saturday, July 27,2024, and was able to resolve her issue with the key and that she was satisfied with the resolution.Review from LeeAnn T

Was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from out of state, paperwork, wire transfer were in the works. Meanwhile because the representative whom we were working with took a few days off, which worked out as it took a couple of days to receive the paperwork, the dealership sold the vehicle. The manager told us that they do deals by handshakes but that certainly doesnt work when youre 15 hours away. I guess paperwork and representatives work doesnt matter.JM Lexus Response

A Manager from JM Lexus has spoken to ******************** and explained that the vehicle she had selected was mistakenly sold to another Guest while her transaction was being completed. These events occurred during a time that we were not getting full service from our computer dealer management system provider due to a well-documented interruption in their service. We apologized for the confusion regarding her transaction and attempted to work with her to find a similar vehicle, but we could not come to terms on another vehicle. JM Lexus remains willing to assist ******************** in the selection of a new or pre-owned vehicle at a fair price if she would like to speak with us again.
