I created an account with MyBookie.com in 2020 with the intent to use them regularly. I have since found other sites I prefer to ****** on, and have requested now three different times to close my account (from 2020, when they first threatened to close all inactive accounts through last week, Jan 23, 2024) I was able to log in last week, meaning my account is still not closed!! In each closure of account request through their website, I requested my remaining balance. Ticket numbers *******, ******, and *******, are my ticket numbers. I felt this was a shady company from the beginning and requested my first closure a few months after I opened the account, in which I had a balance of $74!! They threatened to start charging inactive fees and mess, when I've requested my account closure and remaining balance multiple times!! They responded to my second request saying they were sorry I wanted to close my account, and tried to say I only had a balance of $20. I had $74 when I last logged in and I want all of my money!! I have yet, even after last week, to receive my balance, and my account remains open!!! I'm now seeking the help of the BBB with the hopes of finally getting resolution and my balance back as well as informing others of this business's dishonesty and poor practices!!

I would like to add that as mybookie was terminating my account they said I had to follow the terms of the rollover terms, which is if you use a bonus, it requires you to use 10x the amount of the bonus.  And I never used a bonus because I never had one.  Since they closed my account i was not able to let them know that I didnt have a bonus.

I put in $100 into this sports betting website where they gave you free play money to use on their website just for joining, i then decided that i did not want to use this website anymore after loosing a few dollars on sports bets and tried to take my money back out. Upon trying to take my money back out it would not let me saying that i have to ****** more than $1400 in order to get the money that i put into the website back which was down to around $89. I then called the company and was told the same thing. So the $89 is trapped in the website unless i put more money in and make over $1400 worth of bets in order to get back the $89 all i want is to get my money back and help others who have fallen into this scam like me.

I signed up for an account and was betting on sports for maybe 2 months or so. All of the sudden I tried logging in and the error message I received was that my account was disabled for "security" reasons. There was still money in my account. It gave a number to contact. I tried calling, it went straight to voicemail and the voicemail was full. At least give me the money left in my account if your just going to disable it without warning! I never took a screen shot of my account so I can't upload supporting documentation except for the error message I receive when I try logging in now.

I deposited $400 into an online gambling acct which was stolen. When I reached out to the company, I was promised a full refund by 2 separate security agents. This has been ongoing since 1.4.23. I have not received my promised refund and just today (3.13.23) received a follow up email stating I would not be getting it and their decision was changed and final with no recourse.

I deposited $600 to place a single sports bet. I inquired about a promotion offer where my deposit would be matched with additional money, but for some reason it wasn't applied. When I chatted in to have the bonus applied, I was vaguely explained some sort of rollover requirement. I received some sort of 'free play' money and asked how I can place the singular bet with the money I deposited, to which I received an error message that I could only wager the 'free money' on the bet I inquired about. When I asked for the bet to be canceled and for my money to be withdrawn, I was told I cannot withdraw my money until I wager $12,600 as a 'rollover limit' before I can withdraw my money. All I want is my original deposit withdrawn and my account canceled. I only wanted to place a singular bet of $600 and not be locked in or committed to any sort of threshold, and now I'm on the hook to wager $12,600 in order to be able to withdraw my money. I want my money back and all bets canceled. I no longer want the bonus and want my money back immediately.

I deposited just over $550 on accident and they won't let me withdraw that money because I didn't let them know right away. It took them a week to respond and now they are telling me I have to bet that amount before I can take it out. It makes zero sense and is predatory

I deposited $45 dollars to MyBookie.com website. I won a 2 team parlay using my money and won $113.26. I also recieved a free play from the company for $20 which I won also. I want to withdraw the $113.26 and they said I have a rollover of $535 which from what I understand every time you get a free play and use it win or lose it adds to the total rollover amount. So i get a free play and lose and then once i get a free play and win they say all of those free play bets go towards a rollover which basically means I have to bet $535 before I can withdraw any money. That is bs but not my gripe at the moment. The thing is I used my $10 bet that I deposited and won $113.26 and now they are saying I need to bet $535 before I can withdraw that. It says I selected a deposit with a rollover which i have never done!

I placed a bet that was cashed out or ended on August 28, the simple details of the bet was a season head to head between two Formula 1 teams. I bet one team would have more points collectively than the other and on August 28 the team I chose was ahead 115 to 95 and clearly won. The bet ended and I noticed that this particular bet of $137 to win $100 was graded as a loss rather than a win. This is obviously a mistake and one that should be easily fixed but after many phone calls and being told this has been escalated, two weeks later they are telling me the bet was a season long bet and would not be able to be cashed until the end of the season November 20. Although they had ended the bet and graded it as a loss, rather than payout the $237 they owe me they have changed the terms or are trying not to pay me at all for a bet that was clearly won. I believe the company made a huge mistake in their Formula 1 betting which had their season bets ending on August **************************** late November. This is essentially stealing money and as betting site they should be embarrassed and immediately payed the money out and been apologetic. What I have gone through is argumentative agents claiming that I actually lost and that this was escalated. The escalation answer is an absolute joke and their behavior is appalling. They acknowledge that I won and they made a mistake but they refuse to payout. For reference I bet that team Alpine would have more points than team McLaren, attached are the Formula 1 constructor standings on August 28 showing clearly team Alpine is 20 points clear of team McLaren. I have also attached the ticket showing the bet of $137 on Team Alpine
