On April 20,2021 I had a root canal perform by dentist Andrew P***** due to infection. I was on antibiotics prior for one week to bring infection down. I was told root canal was done and dentist stated put temp filling with a rubber substance and if i want come back to put a filling in instead of rubber filling. Dentist would be no charge for filling. I call back 2 weeks later and talk to girl that handles billing and insurance, I told her dentist stated free filling on tooth that had root canal. She started to argue with be and was very un professional and nasty. I say not paying for filling and to talk to P***** and get back to me. She hung up on me and never call back. The insurance i had at the time pay 50% of root canal. I paid $421.00 on my credit card. I have not been to this dentist since and Never Will. I haven't had dental insurance and finally got some dental coverage this year thru my medicare plan. I had a new dentist Lane Severe for crown on same tooth on january 11,2023 and dentist states root canal on tooth #28 was not done correctly. I question what does he mean, He states was not done the full length of root and show me on xray. I had a toot canal done years ago on tooth #29 [next tooth] and can see the difference. Severe and i see about approximate 8 cm too short. Not Happy !! I paid full top dollar for half of a procedure. Dentist L*** says can pull crown on and build up but have a chance of infection with remaining root in tooth #28, Especially still prior infection. No infection at the time of xray showing but what if ?? I went immediately to dental partners to inform that i just found out about this and was not happy. The girl at counter says she talk to P***** and states nothing wrong and handed me a copy of xray from there. I say my new dentist show me where the root canal was not perform to full length of canal for what i paid for. She's stated the office manager will be there tomorrow and i said have him call me as not happy. Confirm my phone number as was correct. I waited a week and no calls and this is when we are now. I was a patient there before P***** started there and other dentist retired. MY belief this dental office is going bad and only cares about the money - not patients. I would like for this business give back my money so i can get the fully correct root canal done on tooth #28 before crown install

On Jan 31, 2022, I went to Dental Partners for a routine cleaning and per their suggestion, because I have Bone loss, they suggested a deep cleaning. The office manage Michelle checked with the insurance company and told me that each quad would be $120 each. I also had a partial that needed a tooth added and she quoted me $119 to have the tooth added. So, she set me up for my first appointment for the deep cleaning on Feb. 14th. They did 2 quads and then they second appointment was on Feb 23rd for the last quad. On Feb 23rd is when they gave me a copy of the bill. On the bill each quad was $223 and to add a tooth to the partial was $273. When I questioned Michelle about it because the bill was not what she quoted me before I had the services, she said that she had forgotten to add some kind of code when she quoted me the original price. Then she suggested that I needed to purchase some additional dental Insurance. Although I was upset because I was told one price and then charged almost double what I was quoted, I went ahead and looked into purchasing more dental insurance with physicians mutual. On Feb 28th I called the office to speak to Michelle and see if they accepted the new insurance, but Michelle refused to come to the phone and was answering questions through one of the dental technicians. I asked the technician to speak with Michelle and he placed me on hold, came back to the phone and asked what it was concerning. I told him it was regarding Insurance and if they accepted it. He placed me on hold again, then came back to the phone and said that Michelle said what's the name of the Insurance and that I could tell him. She still refused to come to the phone. At this point, I said forget It and I hung up. It was so rude and unprofessional for the office manager to refuse to come to the phone and have the tech asking me what I want!! On Mar 7th I went back to the office to pick up my partial and Michelle refused to wait on me. She made a comment when I walked in to another employee and they both looked at me and snickered. I asked Michelle If I could get a copy of my bill, she refused to answer me, and the other employee helped me. I haven't been back to this office since. I have never been so disrespected in my life. First she told me the wrong price, then got smart with me when I asked her why the price was different and told me to get better insurance. Then she refused to come to the phone and talk to me when I called her to ask about the new insurance and when I come into the office, she makes some comment about me to her fellow employee, then refuses to acknowledge me when I was talking to her. Who does this? It's rude and unprofessional. I want to make sure that this employee at this dental practice doesn't treat anyone else this way and that the Dentist Is notified as well of this managers behavior.
