I went in for a specific service I booked a (balayage) and got a completely different service (whole head highlights). I was nervous to tell the stylist so I sat with the color for the weekend and called Monday to explain to the manager where I was told they would accommodate my original service requested with a stylist I can feel comfortable with. After, I was called by the stylist who helped me and he was defensive but said he would get me accommodated with someone else as did the manager. The next day I'm told that they can't accommodate my original service and my only option is to go to the same stylist and get it lightened in areas I do not wish my hair be lighter in. They stated my hair was unhealthy and had breakage. My hair was completely induced except for the very bottom and hasn't been touched with any chemicals in over a year and only once in 3 and is very healthy. They stated my stylist told me prior to preforming the service he couldn't give me my desired look. He did not. I do not feel comfortable going back into this salon I'm embarrassed that I called and explained to them how I was unhappy, I hate how I look and I spent nearly $400. I have always had my hair lightened this way from the color I was, I have never had an issue with any hair dresser or salon and am very understanding and realistic as I have worked in a salon before. My hair is darker then it was when I went in and I went in to have it lightened. They messed up and now refuse to accommodate me to fix it unless I repay another stylist and book a new service for what I originally booked. I'm attaching pictures of my hair prior, after what I wanted and texts between my stylist and I and the manager of the salon and I. They also refused to put me in touch with the owner.Business response
