My vehicle was taken to Wrecked Collision Center, LLC after an accident. When I received my vehicle back a week later the check engine light came on. I spoke to the owner; he told me to bring my vehicle to the shop. I took my vehicle to be repaired, the next day the check engine light came on again. I called and texted the owner, he would tell me he would call me back and never did, I would call again and again. He would either not answer or when I did speak to him, he would give me the same Ill call you back and never did. I eventually took my vehicle to AutoNation Chevrolet, the diagnostic code found was P0420, the technician found that the posterior oxygen sensor was being hit by an ** line out of the compressor causing the catalytic converter to malfunction. I called the owner, when he and I spoke and I explained what was happening to my vehicle and advised him that I had taken it to AutoNation Chevrolet to be repaired he told me he would call the service representative at AutoNation Chevrolet to make arrangements to have my vehicle picked up, brought to his shop to repair it, he never contacted the service representative. I had my vehicle repaired, the day I was picking up my vehicle I spoke to the owner, he asked me to send him a copy of the invoice and he would assist with the payment. I called the owner several times since having my vehicle repaired with no results. I am requesting that at least half of what I paid to have my vehicle repaired be reimbursed to me. *****The ** line that was hitting the oxygen sensor was not replaced when the compressor was replaced, it was instead patched up with electrical tape. The owner told me the insurance company didn't cover it; I was not contacted to be given the option of paying for the ** line myself. *****I have call logs and text messages to verify my claim.

My vehicle has been sitting at this business since 4/7/2022. I have constantly been contacting the business for an update and every week they tell me it will be done by the end of the week it is not 6/27 and I went to the repair shop to check on my vehicle. NOTHING has been repaired on my automobile. They do not call their customers back, I have been asking to speak with the owner for a week now and still NOTHING!

2015 chrysler came in for repairs on 4/13/22 , Manager started working on this vehicle , parts ordered , and was assigned to a body man , in the process of dismantling the vehicle we encounter additional damages that required supplement be submitted to the insurance , we requested the supplement and we got the supplement approved on May 4th then consequently we needed a 2nd supplement be submitted and we got this approved on June 6th . We did speak with the customer but when we gave a date of completion but due to many unforeseen circumstances when repairing a vehicle delays kept arising.

I do understand Customer was extremely upset as this was a great inconvenience for but we also tried to move this as fast as we could , also please keep I mind we many times had to wait for the insurance appraiser come at look at the vehicle and also when getting the parts from the dealer there were back orders in some of the parts we needed.

The secretary did answer all the questions they had and we tried to explained the delays but she was very upset. The husband also came to the shop and thought nothing was done in the car but we had completed many of the repairs but I can see why he  was thinking it was not repaired as when he came we had the car and some parts about to be assemble .

We apologize to them and for all the inconvenience all this caused and we are extremely sorry . Please note we have Lifetime warranty in all repairs done at our shop .

      Thank you
