January 2024 requested to close my account, they kept charging my CC I became a Busy Bee Car Wash member on November 20, 2023. Unfortunately, my vehicle required repairs and was at the dealership from December 15th onwards. I contacted your customer service department on that date to request a pause on my membership until I received my car back. I was assured by a representative that my account would be paused accordingly.Upon receiving my car on January 27, 2024, I discovered that pausing the membership did not actually preserve my unused washes. To my surprise, I was required to purchase a new membership to regain access to car washes.Despite this inconvenience, I continued to be charged for my membership in December, January, February, and March, even though I could not use your service due to my car being unavailable. I have made numerous attempts to reachyour customer service department by phone to resolve this issue. These attempts have resulted in long hold times, and on one occasion, I was fortunate enough to receive a callback in mid-February. During this call, I was promised a credit for the aforementioned charges. However, these charges remain on my credit card statement as of February 28th and March 28th, 2024.

I spoke with Mr. ***************************** and resolved this inquiry today; we have monthly memberships that unless requested to be discontinue will recharge on the anniversary date. He requested a refund that was processed, just a misunderstanding.

I have been a customer of this business for many years and May of 2021 I started ****************. I had an issue with my autopayment credit card once and when went to car wash I gave them my debit card not remembering which card they had. Well they double billed me. I just noticed while reviewing checking and credit card statements that they have been charging both cards since July 2021. When I contacted the business they state that they can only reimburse me 3 months because it was company policy. They overcharged me $374.00! This is outrageous that they did this and don't want to reimburse what is due to me. I feel violated. Please help. I am a healthcare worker and live on limited funds and this is just inexcusable that they won't reimburse what is owed me.
