      Bough a computer a a little over a month ago. It came broken. After working with the support and not being able to fix it I said I would replace it. This was a mistake. After shipping my system back it took almost a month to receive my replacement leaving me without a computer the entire time as I gave my old PC to my brother. During this entire process it was a miserable experience working with support staff. If I got more than two messages a day it was a miracle. It was late me pulling teeth to get any sort of update on a timeline of when I would be getting my new PC. I wish I had returned it and went anywhere else.

      I bought my first Origin PC in 2009. I had it until last year through various upgrades and mods, but a new one in 2023. The difference in service between the original Origin PC and the new Corsair owned version is night and day. Their tech support department drives you to email and chat communications away from telephonic service. They have a telephone hold process that automatically kicks you out of the queue to Voice Mail after 15 minutes of hold time. Their 24x7 phone service is horrible.That being said, the build quality was good, and everything worked as advertised out of the crate.I would not recommend them to a friend and if they sent me an NPS survey I would give them a 3 out of 10 due to horrible tech support model. When I spend $6k on a PC, I expect better service.

      Complete trash and worst tech support I've ever encountered. Multiple issues daily. Locks up a few times per day and has to be hard reset. I've gotten good at installing drivers and using restore points

      I have been an Origin PC customer since they opened in 2009. I have ordered half a dozen high end laptops for business and home. I ordered the *** 5000X for black friday (no discount by the way, despite all the ads their price was their normal price) for around $5k. I know the quality of their past machines and was very excited for the new computer. When it arrived it would not output to a monitor. Tried several monitors and several cables. It took hours to reach their "24/7" customer service because only one tech was online. He was very dismissive, I could tell he didn't want to be on the phone with me. He explained that I had to remove the Nvidia **** FE to initialize windows before the *** would output to a monitor. It didn't and the *** wouldn't work. Had to call back again, and wait another 1.5 hours on hold to reach a different tech. This one was friendly and checked to make sure the *** was dead on arrival. He checked to make sure the problem wasn't the motherboard as well. He set up an RMA for the card, but they were having problems with their billing system (Have to pay for the part again for them to direct ship without waiting for your replacement card first). They waited till I contacted them 2 days later to send the payment link. I paid immediately. When I reached out to ask where the *** was almost 5 days later they said it had already been shipped and gave me a tracking number that hadn't even been activated yet. The label was printed a couple hours later.So far, customer service has been absolutely nonexistent. I understand that maybe something went wrong with the *** in shipping. Things happen. But not doing what you say you are going to do, not providing customer service, forcing a customer to wait for days or weeks to initiate communication... Buyer beware. This isn't the same OriginPC I have dealt with in the past.

      Over-priced paper weight 1 hour after receiving it and turning it on. It arrived a week late. The $3600 laptop wouldn't even make it through a 1st round of Windows updates. I reloaded Windows 3 times. Everyttime it crashes when performing Windows updates. **************** has disappeared since I've updated them with all that I've done....way more than I should have to on a brand new $3600 custom laptop. Nothing short of a full refund is acceptable at this point. If this was a store bought PC it would be returned 1st day. A 15% restocking fee is ridiculous for a dead on arrival computer.I can't even get a response of where to ship it back for a return. This place is terrible. Stay away.

      I've been a staunch supporter of high-quality custom PCs and, based on their reputation, decided to invest in ORIGIN PC. The product looked premium and, for a price tag just shy of $6000, I expected superior quality and service. Unfortunately, my expectations were utterly disappointed. From the outset, the craftsmanship of my new laptop felt below par. Within a few weeks of light use, two keys fell off my keyboard a clear sign of shoddy workmanship. However, the real issue began when I attempted to resolve this seemingly minor problem. I opted for their 3 Year ************************ with Shipping, 24/7 Tech Support, and Lifetime Labor Included. It was, in my view, a safety net a promise that I would be covered for any unexpected glitches or hardware problems. However, it quickly became evident that this 'net' was full of holes. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that I should have taken a photo of the laptop on the day I received it. Their insistence on this photo was baffling and an absurd requirement for such a small repair. It felt as if they were more interested in looking for loopholes to avoid assisting me, than in actually providing the service they advertised. All I asked for was two replacement keys. It would have been a simple and efficient solution. Despite having a warranty, I even offered to pay for these keys myself. Yet, their response insisted that I send the entire laptop back, an ****** complicated and unnecessary solution.I attempted to find a workaround, hoping I could source these keys from other outlets. Still, ORIGIN has purposely made their computers so exclusive that no other party offers replacements. Essentially, I feel I've been conned out of my hard-earned money. $6000 seems steep for such abysmal customer service and a laptop with evidently poor craftsmanship. I've learned a hard ****** about companies that value their profits over their customer satisfaction. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend ORIGIN PC.

      We have explained to this gentleman that in order to repair his computer, it would have to come in for repair. Unfortunately we do not have replacement laptop keys or keyboards. everything will be covered under his warranty.

      Unfortunately there are no other options other than a repair or an exchange.

      I paid almost 6k for a gaming system from Origin and, while the system seems amazing, there have been nothing but problems with Windows 11. each time I call in to Origin customer support the immediate response from the first level of support is "reinstall windows 11" or "send this system back to repairs" . without any evaluation. after I get through to the next level of support they can usually address my concerns. However, this last time I was unable to get through, and it's been almost 2 weeks since I was told a supervisor would call me back, and still no call. If you want any kind of intelligent technical support, do not buy from Origin. They do not value their customers, and that is a shame.

      Buy your computer elsewhere! I purchased my customized overpriced laptop mid-Feb 2023 and began having problems with it 15 days later (HDMI port quit working and the machine does not charge consistently). Customer service was shoddy from the beginning and I repeatedly asked to have my order canceled and I would return their product. I was told there would be a 15% restocking fee if I chose to return it but I could also send it to them for repair. When I opted for a repair, I was then told I would be responsible for shipping the laptop to them.Luckily, I insured my shipment and required a signature. My laptop was delivered to them on March 25 2023 and I have proof of delivery from ***** To date, I have been notified twice that they did not receive my machine, even after providing proof of delivery.I have asked them to supply me with a new machine with the same customized specs as my original order by the end of the week if they are unable to locate my laptop. Maybe I should have just asked for my money to be returned.

      I should have bought my laptop from someone else, this thing has given me nothing but problems over the years: faulty keyboard, faulty touchpad, faulty webcam, faulty usb ports, it's only able to connect to the wifi about half the time. The cooling fans on this thing have broken THREE TIMES, but even when they do work it still tends to overheat. Frankly, I wouldn't be too surprised if it never turned on again one of these days. Spend your money on something that isn't liable to break in some new way every few months.

      I wish I could do NO star! Buying a laptop from Origin PC was one of the biggest mistakes of my life! Right next to marriage that ended up in divorce and not starting school right after high school. If you are planning to spend a lot of money on a laptop, PLEASE buy it from Apple or a different company. The quality of hardware from Origin PC is lower than awful. **********************! : )
