August 1st I reached out to the business regarding two clothing items they completely ruined and shrunk. They said theyll take care of it within 24 hours. They lied. I went in on a Friday August 2nd to find a solution they said theyll reach out Saturday with one. Saturday they said Monday. Monday they said Wednesday. They finally sent me a screenshot of a new ordered polo to replace the one they ruined confirming they will replace it. They text me that theyll order the other tshirt when this one comes in. They text me on August 15th that theyll deliver it on the 16th. On the 16th they say they will hold it to Monday August 19. I go in the store to pick it up and they give me the same two shirts they ruined after claiming they stretching them back to size but it was absolutely off and not even close. They kept lying to me for over 20 days to not replace anything and just waste time. The owner was very rude and unprofessional and he was the one directly lying to me, and oppressing the nice lady who was trying to help. I have screenshot evidence of everything. They ruined 1 **** ***** polo $675+ tax 1 Zegna Linen Tshirt $890 + tax
