We purchased a magnetic door lock kit and after installation, the system did not function as it should. After troubleshooting, it was determined that the button was faulty. I spoke to ******* AND then ******. I was provided with a return shipping label to send the defective button and they would then send me a replacement. The defective item was returned and arrived on April 26 and I have a couple of times emailed both ****** and ******* regarding the replacement. There was no response from any of them. I would like the replacement to be sent out.Business response

**** from FPC Security, Corp stated that they sent a replacement product to the consumer that was shipped 5/21/24 and delivered on 5/28/24.

I have placed an order with FPC last year in the summer they have approved to return the order and I will et back my money and now after returning the order they making me crazy to get my money
