****** ***** of Evolves Construction collected all payments upfront, using project milestones to request more funds without completing prior work. He missed two agreed-upon meetings and was unaware of on-site materials, like a toilet, which I had to resolve myself after discovering it broken too late for a refund. ****** failed to document the toilet purchase, and I had to order the shower glass door myself.Several permits were left unopened, and ****** did not install any billed electrical or lighting. A vanity and towel rack remained uninstalled for months. He disregarded the electrical plans and failed to complete ceiling work as billed. No debris disposal was done, and electrical changes disrupted the thermostat, which took three days to repair after notification.****** forgot paint colors despite receiving them in a chat. He ignored bathroom specs, leading to incorrect niche installation that required costly rework. Promised completion dates in ****** **** and **** were missed, and the project remains incomplete as of July 17th. He couldn't provide a punch list of pending items and tried to overbill based on the Joist application, requiring me to correct him.****** collected all funds and left half the work unfinished. He did not respond to emails requesting subcontractor invoices, a completion schedule, or a validated punch list. His phone number is now disconnected, and he remains unresponsive.I request a full investigation into ****** ***** and Evolves Construction, a refund for incomplete work, compensation for additional costs, and completion of the original contract work.Business response

I am rejecting this response because not only did the plumbing work fail inspection, the attempt to remediate did not address the larger issue that the installation was done incorrectly. Attached is a picture for reference. Additionally, I haven't been reimbursed of any of the materials and labor I had to procure to ensure work was done satisfactorily.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: the extra costs incurred from requiring work to be redone, materials to be purchased, materials to be repurchased, plaster stains to be removed from floor and ceiling, painting that needs to be redone has not been provided. Permits have also failed to close 3 separate times now.I cannot accept their response without some form of compensation for the extra charges I incurred.
