      Ive got a liposuction on July 2023, i paid $5500 plus $500 for 9 post surgery massages. You never see the doctor until the moment of the surgery, employees of Dermaclinic handle everything pre surgery. The person who performed the surgery is a nurse practitioner named **************************** which they never inform you is not a doctor but a nurse. The bad performance on the surgery has left me with a disfigured abdomen with aggressive fibrosis. I informed the clinic when the first signs of fibrosis were showing and they just told me its normal that i was just 3 weeks post surgery that it will get better over time which I believed and I continued going to the massages and my abdomen was just getting worst and worst. When the signs of fibrosis were starting they offered me to do a video testimonial for them and they will complementary give me 3 sessions of carboxitherapy which was supposed to help the healing and the fibrosis. I accepted and did the video for them.The time passed and my abdomen was looking terrible I started to get frustrated at them and they just sold me another package of treatments to fix what they did. I started to do my research and look for solutions. Meanwhile I told them not to use my video anymore because it was just more false advertisement about the bad and risky service they provide and they just dont care and a year after they still using my video and they just ignore my discomfort and the fact that I forbade them to use my image. Until now I have spent almost $10,000 and my abdomen still not looking 100% good.

      Patient ********************************* underwent a lipolaser procedure by one of our nurse practitioners supervised by our medical director in July 2023. The patient had very good initial results so she decided and agreed to share her experience with a video testimonial that was advertised, the authorization for the taking of the video and its publication was signed by the patient; and although the consent informed that it was accepted without receiving any compensation, as a courtesy the marketing team offered her complementary carboxy therapy sessions. 

      During her recovery process, she began to show signs of fibrosis so it was recommended that she continue with the massage and carboxy therapy sessions. Fibrosis is a condition that can occur after lipolaser when the body produces too much scar tissue, or fibrotic tissue, in the treated area. This can happen as part of the body's natural healing process, but in some cases, the body overreacts to the trauma of surgery and produces too many fibroblasts, which are cells that form connective tissue. These fibroblasts can form bands that connect tissues together, causing the skin to feel hard and uneven. Fibrosis can also lead to contour irregularities in the skin. It depends on the patient's body, so they are informed before the procedure that this can occur. She was informed before the procedure that to see final results she must wait 6 to 12 months for the tissues to recover, because it is a process for the body and that the irregularities in the skin would may or may not disappear, if the necessary care is taken. 

      When she requested to remove her video from our networks, it was removed, as well as the removal of the video as an advertising. It is not on any of our social media networks and her image is not used as advertising. 

      Her last visit was in October 2023, and her abdomen had considerably improved its appearance. It is very important for us that our patients are informed about the entire process and how their bodies may react when they are healing, so they sign up to know this information and we give them the necessary support so that way they are well oriented. The success and final result of any procedure depends majority on the patient's commitment and her/his following care.

      I went to this clinic for a liposuction consultation and ended up scheduling a procedure and paid them $3000.00however, after my blood work was performed my results were not appropriate and was recommended to cancel my procedure. My procedure was cancelled and i have called them for the past 3 weeks and I was advised that i needed to send them an email requesting refund. To this date i have not received a response yet and anytime i called their office all I received is run arounds and I am advised to send another email.It has been numerous calls and emails and this clinic at this point is refusing to issue a refund.

      I paid ******* on black fri special for 360 lipo and BBL when i got to the place they said i needed a kit bcs of hep C that was cured did not know the amount until i got to ******* had to pay another ******* on 1/17/24 so they did the surgery with local anesthesia where i was awake during the lipo for some reason they took it upon there selves to do another area of lipo and did not do my bbl i came back the next day for my massage and told them was not happy they should have let me know i was not all the way asleep if i needed to pay more for the area to be done i still wanted what I had already paid for my BBL so they said we can charge you another *********************************** my buttocks was hardly nothing a small vial

      I decided to get what they advertised as a Smart Lipo that included chin, 360 degrees torso (back and front), inner tights and they would give me lips fillers (this last one for free).I went to see them before the surgery for an appraisal. The doctor ***** see me once before the surgery which was alarming for me. When I walked into the surgery, the nurse scribbled around my body a few marks and then the doctor came to work on me. This was supposed to be done with local anestesia by a good doctor. I was so wrong. The pain was unbearable and it felt that he had no idea what he was doing. I was crying the whole time as everyone I felt he was slicing me inside!! I could not wait for them to finish. When they were done, they wrap me up and home I went. I have done everyone they asked to follow up and maintenance (extra money to them). I ended up in emergency care with an extra $9k due to pain I had two days after. They barely did my torso, he left an uneven stomach with more fat from one side than the other, same on the chin. My underarms are still showing black bruises. They never did my lips. I had tried to complain and talk to someone 4 times in the last year. They always send me to someone new and they open a new case every time. I do not think they should really be certified to do this kind of treatment. I need to find a respected surgeon now that can fix me as Im a botched and I need to pay again.

      In 2022, I went To Dermaclinic for minor liposuction! I was Not examined by the doctor but by a practicing nurse for my procedure. Later on the doctor came and was in the middle of my surgery and decided he wasnt comfortable finishing my procedure. I later On said well the doctor should have examined me before going foward with anything. I later Asked for a refund. They later decided to offer me carboxy treatments instead to loosen my stomach and do surgery again in lieu of a refund. I agreed Only because I thought I was Going to be able to do the surgery again once my stomach loosened.. after the carboxy treatments I was Never contacted again. I let It go until I received My care credit bill and decided that I wasnt Going to pay them for a service that I did not receive really. The doctor started and stopped mid surgery. He also had his nurse practitioner do surgery on me which is unheard of. Upon thinking I want My money back so that I can Return the money to CareCredit.

      Date of Transactions: October 16th and October 21th Amount of money paid $3500 The business was supposed to do a lipo 360 Refund for false information and ******* service. They told me that the person operating on me was going to be a doctor by the name of ************************* **** and he is not a doctor he is a Nurse PRactioner. I will attach text messages from the clinic giving me false information. I told them that I did not feel safe being operated by somebody that is not a doctor like they told me so they told me so we are not going to provide you service if you want your money back "we will see you in court"The business is not responding to my request for refund. I tried with my credit card but they told my credit card that they offered me 50% refund but it is totally false My account number should be my name : *********************

      I entered an agreement with this business to have a Liposuction surgery done. Once an agreement was set on pricing and services I made a payment of $5000.00, where $500 was made on my debit and the rest of $4500 on my care credit. Once I made payment the coordinator ****** gave me a surgery date. Post payment communication was hard, ****** was not getting back to me which made communication with the business very hard. The first surgery date wasnt recorded and I was given a second one that wasnt recorded either. Through many contacts I finally got a date for the prop for the *** clinic and when I got there they didnt even know about my case. The Clinic neither I was able to get ******. I left the preop not knowing exactly what was going to happened as they were waiting for contact with ******. I requested a refund, however the new coordinator assigned promised to work with me to get the surgery done. I was given a third surgery date, I didnt meet with any medical professionals. I asked for the doctors name and I was given a fake doctors name as when I looked it up its nonexistent. No medical professionals contacted me for any medical directives leading to the date. Surgery is very serious where once life is at stake. My husband and I questioned the legality of this clinic and my fear sets in as I didnt have a clue of doctor who was going to operate on me. Im requesting assistance from BBB at this time as I am getting a hard time getting my money back. I was told by the *** clinic that I will only get 50% back which I dont agree with as Dermaclinic did not rander any services. I didnt meet with any medical professionals at preop and I was rushed to signed paperwork. I am asking for a 100% of my refunds.

      My mother and I went to this clinic to get several procedures done. The procedures done were d botched and now require to be removed. This place needs to be inspected because they do not know what the are doing.There were also procedures that were not done at all and they refused to reimburse. I had to go to another clinic to get the procedures correctly done. I am requesting the full reimbursement of all the money charged.

      Great afternoon, I want to try and get a refund due to very misleading information from this provider . I gave a deposit down of **** dollars before I sign the form for a breast augmentation it says that all sales after treatment were final . I was very skeptical after talking to someone that had a bad experience there to proceed with the procedure and thats my fault for not doing research however, people change their mind and from what I read only you can get a refund specially if no service was provided yet except for a free consultation is very unprofessional for them to try to take advantage I contact them and hour 1 hours after I pay a deposit to cancel to which they said they would start the process and reach out to me . I waited about 3 days and nothing , is unfair for this people to keep our money just because their form says all sales are final guess what i didnt receive any service nor do I want a different procedure I cant trust them anymore .       I paid for a penile filler last year November. When I went to do the procedure, I was told blood work would be needed. I was never made aware of that. I was not comfortable going to do blood work that would come out of my own pocket and be given to people other than my primary doctor. I never went through with the procedure and have been trying to get a refund for months! I paid $2,500. $250 of that was the initial deposit. I even told them they could keep the deposit and give me the rest. I have emailed an went to the office. I'm given the run around and my emails are ignored. I never had any procedure done and would like my money. That's theft.
