They encourage you to give a deposit to secure packages price and in my case due to medical condition they said that if.my primary Dr didn't approve they will refund me the deposit. That was exactly what happened due to my high blood pressure and Diabetes my Dr didn't approve any procedure and Now the clinic doesn't want to issue my refund/ deposit or $200.They're non trustworthy people, company they lure you to pay to comitt fraud in your face. Literally still your money with no remorse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC. It's a nightmare stay away from this clinic and personal. This type of business should be closed immediately, *******!!! I want my money.REFUND ME THE DEPPSIT. I didn't do the procedure due to medical reasons but I'm glad after all. God's plan is perfect.

Very dishonest and unprofessional. At the start of my contact the coordinator was very responsive. Once agreed for treatment and I made total payments it was hard for me to get a response. The coordinator became unresponsive to many of my messages. , I was unable to get the coordinator ******* to respond to me. When she finally got back to me She gave me two surgery dates at different times for *** Dermaclinc that wasnt recorded. After calling several times I finally got a preop appointment for the *** clinic and when I got there they didnt have no information about me. The *** clinic were unable to contact ******* as well. Its been nightmarish dealing with this clinic. I got a surgery date but when I asked for the name of the doctor I was given a fake doctors name. I search and no such doctors name exists. This was scary as I didnt have a clue on who was supposed to do the surgery. I was getting closer to the date of the surgery, no medical protocol was followed, I didnt see or receive a phone call from a single medical professional with any directives on what to do prio to surgery date. The only person I saw at prop was the office assistant who didnt even have my information. I requested a refund as it was too scary for me to get my Lipo there. Theyre also giving me a hard time for my refund and wants to take 50% of the money when they didnt provide me any services. I will advise anyone to stay away to avoid the nightmare and losing your money.

Unhappy. I flew from a different state to get a treatment done only to find out I was not a candidate when I arrived. Disappointed with how they are handling my situation now that I am asking for a refund for the unuse treatments. A total of $400. I have sent the multiple text messages and emails and yet for not even acknowledge them. Thieves! If they want to act that way for $400 I can imagine what kind of business they are!!! I want my money!!!

Maggy and the rest of the staff here at Dermaclinic were very professional, accommodating to my needs. I feel that they took the time to listen to my concerns when I came in. I didnt feel like I was being rushed through my appointment at all. I came here a few years back and loved the results, so I thought I would come back to spot treat certain areas for hair removal. I'd definitely recommend Dermaclinic.

Im on my 4th session so far, and ** already starting to see results. Everyone here has been very friendly throughout my recent visits. I have a total of 8 sessions, and so I plan on sticking to the remainder.

The service I received here was 5-stars. I found them from Groupon, and decided to take them up on the Laser ************ services. I had five sessions now, I'm suppose to have eight. The few sessions went well. I'm already starting to see results. The last two sessions (4 and 5), I'm noticing almost no regrowth. I'm very happy with how everythings been going. ******** was very helpful during all mysessions. Highly recommend this if laser removal is something you might be looking for.

I've been coming to Dermaclinic for a while now, for various things over the years. I recently came in to start my Venus treatments. I feel that Victoria was wonderful when it came to helping me, answering my questions and everything else. The results I'm starting to notice on my stomach and thighs, are starting to look pretty good! I seriously think I lost a few inches. I'm very happy with how things have been going. Highly recommend this place and always have over the years. Thank you guys again.

I've been seeing the esthetician ****** here at Dermaclinic in *****. I've had several sessions done now for laser hair removal, and I'm very happy with the results thus far. Scheduling here was never an issue, I think the deal that I got was worth it. I recommend the place. Thank you again.

If I could give them a better rating, I would. I was referred to this company from a close friend, which found them on Groupon. The facial I had done at Dermaclinic went well. I feel much more refresh, vibrant since having that done. I bought a few sessions, I intend to keep my upcoming appointments. Thank you guys again
