      I reserved with Rightway parking for a cruise out of Port Miami on 4/14/24 to 4/21/24. Luckily we had the proper address to the parking garage unlike several other customers that found their way there. It turns out this is actually WePark. So that was a bit off. The big issue was when we arrived back to port on 4/21. The paper we were provided by WePark for pickup gave us a location that was incorrect. Luckily there was someone helping to park the buses that directed us to the proper pick up point. We found a crowd of people there saying they had been standing there for almost 1.5 hours, we arrived there at 9:30. Buses were supposed to start running every 30 minutes at 7:30. Several calls had been made to the number provided on the paperwork as well to the corporate number to figure out how we were all supposed to get back to the garage. There were no answers at either number, I did leave my info on the answering machine about getting picked up but I never received a return call. I doubt anyone else did either.After standing around for almost an hour we called for an Uber to take us to the garage, several others had already done the same. It was obvious this was the only way for us to get back to the garage.After we finally got back to the garage I tried to have a conversation with an attendant there about how they didn't pick us up. He blamed it on traffic and then refused to talk to me anymore. It was obvious that he could care less, I did warn their customers loading onto the buses about what would happen and to save the location of the garage.And just to note, yes there was a lot of traffic. But it did not affect their competition. From what we all observed the company to use is **********************. Their buses were there every 15 minutes and their customers were leaving quickly.I wish we could be refunded for our Uber ride but WePark states in the paperwork that they don't cover those costs. Now I understand why.Stay away from this company!

      This business is taking peoples money and not providing transportation back to their vehicles. Then we wait 2-3 hours and eventually purchase an Uber, Taxi, or Lyft and they do not offer a refund. This company has multiple complaints about the same issue. I sent this message to the website on December 11th 2023. I have been waiting at the ship port for 2 hours waiting on the WePark shuttle! I call the contact number it is going straight to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. This is unacceptable! Have you seen your reviews on Yelp?? I will be reporting this company to the BBB immediately! I will be requesting a refund no one wants to get off a 7 day cruise and wait 2-3 hours for a shuttle.Just ridiculous!!Their response was: Good morning, I regret to inform you that the pick-up service at the port is complimentary and completely free, we only charge for the parking service. Unfortunately, due to the high cruise season, we inform our clients that the waits at pick-up time can be very long. I hope you have gotten your vehicle safe. They only have 2 running shuttles for hundreds of families embarking and disembarking from cruise ships. They need to be stopped. Check the reviews on Yelp. I wish I did before booking with them.

      I booked a parking space with we park miami for January ****. I paid online and tried to contact them several times to ask a few questions. The phone rang , no answer. I left a message on the website under the "contact us" link, no answer. They took the money out of my account and I have been unable to contact them for a refund. This does not appear to be a reputable business.
