I have experienced the exact same situation as below for the last 6 months. The individual I spoke with ******** ********** will take absolutely no responsibility for the perpetual care agreement we have had in place to over 40 years. All she does is comes up with excuses. I am now looking into all my legal options in order to get Mt. Nebo to honor the agreement made when my father was put to rest. This cemetery looks worse than a garbage dump.

This is the most awful cemetery. The grounds are not maintained nor are the customer complaints acknowledged.In all the years that my parents and in laws have been there, I have Never visited without having to go to the office on the site and complain about how ill kept our 4 plots have been kept.On two of the four plots, perpetual care is paid, and, on the other two, money is paid each year to maintain the plots.I spoke to the owner's son, ***********************************, on 2/7/22. He said he would take care of the issue and would call me when it was done. He never called. I did get a text with pictures in March from Mercedes.This last one, 10/03/22 was the final straw, I have been asking about how it was maintained ( please send me updated pictures) to no avail. The reply, when I went into the office, from *******************, was that she sent me pictures in "March".I replied that it is now "October"., ( 7 months later!) I might say, that ********* was extremely rude to me. She said that I was yelling. I was not yelling..I was upset and might have spoken a little loud..not not yelling. I had filed another complaint after I again went there in June. This was to no avail.I have put a call into the "owner" Jacnery Pazo. I am awaiting for a call back. Also, it is very difficult to walk among the gravesites to get to a grave, as the grass is very uneven. As a 79 year old woman, it makes it difficult to visit my family's gravesites. I must say that my dog's cemetery, Pet Heaven Memorial Park , is better maintained than this cemetery! One other note is that I cannot understand that a cemetery as large as this one does not have a website.I wish that I had enough money to move my family! I hope everyone hears me and acknowledges this complaint and that the present owners take notice and do something to improve this cemetery.
