I recently purchased a grilled cheese sandwich from the Dunkin' (whose location is listed above) drive-thru. As I was eating the sandwich on my way home I tasted a hint of mold. I took a look at the sandwich and the attached picture of what I found. Additionally, the hash brows provided were stale and started to break apart. Even before arriving home, my stomach started to hurt and I immediately started throwing up and defecating. I had a headache and was too weak to do any activity including working. These symptoms suggested it was due to food poisoning. I took home remedies and over-the-counter pills to help me recover. This is not acceptable as this is very harmful to one’s body. Proper protocols need to be in place to ensure that the quality of food given to customers is always up to par to alleviate circumstances such as this. The safety and your customer should always be the number one priority. I have followed up multiple times with Customer Service and failed to get a response.
