we bought the house at *************** in May of last year. immediately had issues with the added bathroom they put in the house. they sent someone out multiple times to fix the issue and didnt. they busted up the shower, left it busted and never came back. we ended up having to spend over $500 to stop the flooding in our bathroom, and still to this day they stopped taking our calls, after promising to come back out and fix it. the owner said he wanted to come look at it himself. we have multiple text messages stating this, we have called, emailed, texted. this has caused up to have to cut dry wall out of our bed room to stop the mold growth, as well as pull up floors in our room. they have simply stopped responding and we cant use our 2nd bathroom. we would like this issues corrected by a company of our choosing, and for them to fix it. that's all we want. i have several more videos, pictures, text message images that can be provided if necessary. we informed them of this issue on June 22nd. we moved in on may 5th.Business response

Good afternoon:
While we were in communication with the owner beginning in June of last year and had someone out to try and resolve this for her, I, unfortunately have had multiple deaths in the family during that time up until recently. I have just finished doing the funeral services for my mother in law and am dealing with the estate issue but would still like to take care of this for the new home owner, if given the opportunity, now that all that is past us. If we are able to reach out to the home owner directly, we will coordinate to get this resolved for them, however they would like, as soon as possible.

I purchased a duplex at ** ****** ***** in Rossville, Georgia in August, 2021. This was a foreclosure property, which had recently had a new roof installed. This brand new roof began leaking almost immediately, and tenants have complained of mold as a result. The general contractor J*** ******** of National Quality Construction, informed me that **** ****** had done the work on the roof, and that the roof was under warranty. My property manager ***** ****** contacted **** ******, who agreed to come to the property and look at it, but he failed to follow through, and is no longer responding to email or phone messages. This is a brand new roof under warranty, and Mr. ****** needs to stand by his work and make this right.Business response

Good morning:
Per our emails directly with Ms. *******, we had a family emergency that had not only myself, but also our core office staff out of the country and as such, we were unable to tend to the issue at hand for Ms. *******. This was all clarified and we have reimbursed Ms. ******* for the money that was spent on the necessary roof repairs to get the issue resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 16930032, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Mr. ****** provided a full refund for the repairs to the roof in a timely and professional manner. I would like to withdraw my complaint.
