This studio used to be affiliated with classpass, i used to reserve and attend a sunday morning class with my favorite instructor through classpass. They decided around late february/early march that they would no longer be affiliated with classpass which is totally ok and understandable. As a studio owner myself, I know first hand all the challenges and inconveniences that being affiliated with classplass may bring. So I went ahead and purchased a class package directly through their studio so I can continue to attend my sunday morning classes, and i'm happy to support their business directly too. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, they made changes to their schedule and removed some instructors from the schedule including the sunday morning instructor that I enjoyed attending to, whom had "slow classes" due to them having stopped taking classpass and not because any shortcomings of the instructors. By them making these type of changes to the schedule immediately after taking classpass and having us buy classes directly through them, I felt tricked into buying a package that i'm now stuck with, because I do not enjoy the new sunday instructors. I tried reaching out to them explaining the situation and requesting a refund, but they refused it. I respected their decision and was willing to make a sacrifice, **** it up, and finish my 10 classes. But now they just announced they are completely moving to a different city (from ***** to ***********) and they are still not refunding. I'm not able to go to another city for their classes. They must have known of this new location for at least a couple of months and they just very suddenly made us aware of that. If I would have known they were moving to a new location on a timely manner, I would not have bought a 10 class package knowing what that meant. I've only used 2 classes from my 10 class package and I think it is fair that they refund me for the 8 classes I will not use due to this location change.Customer response
