We made a horrible mistake hiring this company to place a new roof on our home just about 3 years ago. The first issue was a leak that appeared around our skylight. A representative came out and stated it was a 22 caliber bullet that was in roof and the warranty did not cover the damage. I never saw the bullet in the roof but initially trusted the diagnosis. I was able to go in the attic and see it that the actual leak was coming from the skylight and not some bullet hole. After coming out a couple more times they finally agreed to repair the leak. A few days ago the leak appeared again in the same spot but this time flooding my bathroom. I called the company but did not get a response until the next day. I went into the attic and it appears to have been leaking for quite awhile but this time was so bad it was coming out of my bedroom walls, electrical outlets and light fixtures. I had to cut the power to that part of the home and go buy some tar and seal it in a rainstorm. The owner of said company called me this morning about coming back out to take a look. I advised him that I didnt want them to come out anymore because they dont seem to know how to fixit. He started to cite Florida law. He said he was just hearing about the problem now but I said from the evidence its still been leaking since the fix. He started to use vulgar language so I discontinued the call. He instantly called and left an extremely nasty voice mail which Im saving for evidence.

Leaving 1 star for this worthless roofing company because it won't allow me to leave 0 stars. They put a roof on a house I purchased 3 months ago. The first week after we moved in, it rained for the first time and we had a leak come through to the interior of the house. After numerous attempts to reach someone, we finally got in touch. They sent a couple guys out to fix it, but not sure what they did...whatever it was, it was not fixed, and it's leaked again every time it rains. When we tried to reach out again, eventually one of them insulted my wife to the point it brought her to tears. Rather than continuing with them, we have hired another (respectable) company to make the necessary repairs. When the new company did the inspection, they told us Patriot did not properly install the vents, which is what led to the leak and that they did a shoddy job in general. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS TO DO YOUR ROOF...they're cheap and you get what you pay for.

Patriot put a roof on my trailer 3 years ago. I have a leak (the 2nd time actually) and after 3 msgs left over the period of 3 weeks they finally called me back. ***** said he would get someone out that afternoon (Tues) and I told him I had a dr ***** He said no problem call me when you get home. I called him back after the appt to tell him I had to run an errand to the beach (40 mins away) and he said I think we still have time, call me when u get home. I told him if it was going to be too late we could wait until Friday. 1.5 hrs later as I am coming back from my errand, I called him, left a message to say I was 15 mins away, and texted him to say the same. Never heard from him again. I called and left a message the next day (Wed). Nothing. Then 2 days later I called, left a frustrated message and the owner **** called back a few mins later. He instantly raised his voice and told me that they were coming but I decided to go the beach. I DID, to pick up a prescription for my cat and I had already worked this out with *****. **** said they called me on Wed and nobody answered, but that is not true. There is no missed call on my phone from either of them and why didn't they leave a message? However, I did tell him I work nights and he yells at me so I do I. I work day and night. How is this my problem? Then he goes on still loudly to tell me he doesn't have **** employees to just run out for calls. I have never had a business owner be so rude. Instead of saying sorry for the communication problem he tried to make it appear that I went to beach instead of being home for them. I didn't give him any reason to start talking to me that way. I just wanted my leak fixed, it's not even major, just needed some silicone which I also told them. He was defensive and accusatory from the minute he called me. I told him to forget it, he said good and I hung up. There is NO reason for a business owner to talk to people that way, it was uncalled for.

Company installed gutters Feb 2021, had sagging and drainage problems. Company failed to install required and paid for downspouts. Owner and helper made one attempt to rectify problems. gutters still sag, and now leak between eve of house and back of gutter possibly causing water damage. owner has blocked call and ignored all emails sent via website.
