When you spend $700 on a Radiator relocator and bumper you expect them to made correctly, but after two different brake and the LED light being junk from go lucky 7 motor sport out of Florida will not cover there Inferior product that has only been on the machine for less than a year.Business response

Our products are warranted for a period of 1 year. The customer had a warranty claim that was approved, and we paid for replacement parts out of pocket. Now, more than 14 months after purchase, the buyer broke his radiator kit, by abusing it. The original product costs 600 dollars, not 700 dollars. We kindly offered to replace the part at a cost of 150 dollars (1/4) of the new price. This is just enough to cover the cost of material. We are not seeking to resolve this issue with the customer, as we have already offered him a very fair price to replace it (OUT OF WARRANTY). Some people you just can't make happy. This hobby is an expensive one, and it's common knowledge that products break when used off road. Most others understand that, and spend the money to fix it. Thanks! The rad and bumper was ordered 4/20/21, it wasn't received till little over a month later due to corona being big. Soo in still technically in the warranty window. They claim it was broken due to my neglect of my 17,000 machine. I don't know who in there right mind would go out and destroy a machine that cost that much. In oct 2021 the upper supports broke off and I contacted this company and sent proof of the weld breaks and they corrected this knowing this was a defect on their end. Also sent replace the supports at no cost to me. Now still under the warranty they want me to pay 125.00 to cover the defected products. I would rather have all my money back and be completely done with ever dealing with this neglectful company.
