      They are the worst. Price keeps rising on top of delivery fee, Canceled service-they picked up empty bottles (own the dispenser) but they keep charging for a service. Once i was given a refund i removed payment information from account. Now keep getting invoices that i owe money. Have spoken to customer service each time, they say its straighten out but the next month a invoice arrives. Customer service is useless

      This company is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! DO NOT WASTER YOUR TIME OR MONEY!Charged my card $164.00 due an error they made in their system. Wouldn't return the money back to my card.Was supposed to receive another delivery yesterday and it never came. Called to find out the issue. Won't deliver for another 8 days. Wouldn't make it right.Terminating my contract with this awful co.pany.

      This company has some nerve!! After being a solid auto-pay customer for so many years, I closed our account in January because we have moved. I spoke to someone to schedule pickup of the equipment and made sure we are paid up and she confirmed a zero balance. After a few days of closing the account, we removed our payment information being theres no reason it should remain online with a closed checking account.This company then tried to charge my closed checking account AND when they didnt succeed they added a NSF fee because their mystery charge did not go through! Had a feeling after reading so many of these bad reviews that I will be one of their many victims.Their past due notices were forwarded to my new house and it has gone up to $80! Ive emailed them and nobody has given me any explanation what the remaining charges were for except they kept repeating that the balance has accrued NSF fees. I say this company is dangerous and reckless; be very warned.

      1) delivered my delivery to someone else charged $56.00 to me. Refused to refund. I paid. 2) after that I cancelled my account but they kept billing me for months and would not respond to messages or acknowledge what they told me. I had to pay another $90 for NO SERVICE and NO WATER 3) paid FINAL bill and waited 3 months for them to pick up equipment 4) they billed me $70.00 after FINAL bill - and I paid just to get rid of them and confirmed it’s final-FINAL 5) today they billed me another $40.00 My last delivery with them that I have not received was August 22, 2022 They picked up equipment January 31, 2023 Today I have one more bill from them for $40.00 and I REFUSE to pay it, I would like to see a class action law suit against this company! NASTY! This has no place in America - please do not business with them and take your money somewhere else!

      These folks keep sending out solicitors door to door on private property in ****** ** despite having been warned multiple times about NO SOLICITING. Its not ****, advertise on the internet like the rest of the world. I would pay more to use a competitors water service just for them knocking on my door.

      No wonder they are not BBB Accredited. The Customer disservice totally *****.I have tried to get my next delivery organised and it is very frustrating to deal with what they call their CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Twice i asked to speak to a Supervisor and twice i was told that the Su-pervisor would be i touch with me that day.Guess what, nobody called! They did not deliver my last order because my credit card was declined. I have always paid my bills with them electronically and never by credit card. I was promised my next delivery on the 18th. of the month and nothing showed up when i called to find out what happened to my delivery they told me it would be delivered on the 20th. Again no delivery showed up.With service like that they should be run out of town.Needless to say i will no longer du business with them and i would advise anyone planning to use their delivery service.........DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.**************************, PVB

      Zero to 1/2 stars should be an option. I do not recommend this company due to the terrible customer service, rude drivers, incompetent accounting department and countless canceled deliveries. After I was finally fed up with this company it literally took me several months to receive a refund. Most times you cant reach a live rep over the phone. Emails are rarely answered and replied to accordingly. Their website crashes often. Last but not least, I was sent two dispensers that didnt work, and I had to wait several weeks before I received one that had scratches all over it. I really tried to stick with this company after a rep informed me about low staffing. Most companies today arent staffed to capacity, but after countless issues leaving me without water I gave up.

      Customer service is horrible! There is no consistency to their delivery schedule and scheduled deliveries get cancelled and postponed for no apparent reason. Seems worse since Nestle unloaded the company
