I recently hired ********************* with **** Estate Sales (7/26) to help me handle an estate sale (occurred 8/10) for my grandmother that is 94 that recently had to be put in full time in patient care. **** is a complete fraud and thief. He was supposed to provide the services of auctioning so many items and then he was going to hold an estate sale of items within the home. After he refused to provide any documentation of sales. Thus far, he has only provided a photos from his phone of an Excel sheet of a list of items (generic). There are several items missing from the home that are not even listed on his spread sheet. He claims that he does not have any sales receipt he doesnt pay sales tax and everything is in cash (I have this in writing) for the estate sold items and that items for auction were to private sellers not auctioned. He claims that he sold coins that were purchased for $6,000.00 each sold for $225 each for fair market value. He tried to tell me that he needed to send me a cashier check, because he is dealing with a divorce situation. I have filed a theft report yesterday with Seminole County Sheriff, because there are several items missing from my grandmother's apartment that are not accounted for on his sales sheet. I have video and photos of all the items before and after the sale. When I provide him with receipts of the purchase price of coins provided to him, I advised to not sell unless he was able to sell for close to the purchase price. He responded with that they were already sold, yet he didnt have any amount and did not notify me of any sales. He claims not sold through a third party, but he didnt know the amounts he had to speak with his staff. And, when pressed for amount and receipts denied.Initial Complaint

My father lived in ******* in *************, **. He died last February and I had to clean out his place. **** came in this past October taking 25 pieces of signed lithograph framed artwork, a large amount of silver silverware, high end opera glasses and rare collectable figurine. They gave me a combination hand written receipt and agreement. I was told that it would all be sold within a few weeks. Per the agreement, I'd get proof of value along what evidence of what each item sold for with me receiving 75% of the proceeds. **** has never answered the phone with me making numerous attempts to reach them. They have not returned any of my multiple voicemails. They have 2 email addresses, one I provided with business registry and the other is: ***************************** I've emailed them multiple times directly to both emails along with contact us section of their website. They have ignored all of my attempts to contact them. I have numerous receipts and appraisals of the artwork with these pieces being valued/costing thousands of dollars each. People need to know my experience of being taken advantage of. Be warned about the fraud that their perpetuating. For their flagrant acts of deception and felonious theft; all of their business, auction, real estate and any other licenses that anyone at the company has needs to be revoked. I'm 1500 miles away and was taken advantage of my a company with multiple licenses from the ****************. I'm demanding satisfaction, to be made whole and to be adequately compensated for this situation.
